Typically my go to store. Not sure about this visit. New employee who struggled with info I provided while manager stood three feet away and sis not help. Not impressed. Will look at auto zone and others next time.

Have always had good service here until now. Returned a part they didn't mark correctly and accused me of not returning the part at all. They finally figured out they messed up but won't be doing business here again.

The lady that works here should try to be a little more kind when we're talking about attend clients and help them to get what they need. Edit: don't know why i keep coming to this place. Employees are totally helpless. Next time i'll go to get what i need to ebay or amazon

On December 27th 2017 my daughter's battery needed to be jumped/tested and changed out. She attends college up there and being in Columbus there was not a lot we could do. With freezing temperatures it was very nice to have an employee that took the time to help get her to the service station and taken care of. Stephan was the name of the employee who took the time to go above and beyond just selling a battery. Thank you!!

O'Reilly here in Norfolk is soooo much better than Advance and Autozone. The staff is friendly and whatever parts I need aren't in stock they have them in the next day.

I needed some coolent for my car and the man who helped me knew exactly what I needed and where it was. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. On top of that Jesse was leaving and stopped to help me when I was having trouble with getting my hood up. He went to the full extent of making sure I knew how to the next time I needed as well. Absolutely the best customer service! I highly recommend them!
