Met family on a Tuesday night to have a dinner. People from out of town. Getting bread before plates were served was harder then getting water from a rock. And they let us pay for bread tonight, never have before. Food showed up intermittently for 15 min, then the big wait for the 2 kids meals, spaghetti, took 20 min longer. Not much of a family dinner. And mediocre at best. Waitress was really apologetic, but I wanted a manager. Informed her, and she said “we’ll we’re busy.” I guess that’s her excuse for sub par food, incorrect orders, and 20-30 minutes of waiting between first and last dish. So if they are busy, food may or may not get there, and the busier they are, the more mediocre the food. 2 orders weren’t even right. I drove 2 1/2 hrs. Won’t eat there again. They get 2 stars cuz the young waitress was good, otherwise they’d owe me some stars.

This was by far the best Italian meal I have ever had ! I truly enjoyed the ravioli special! The service was young; so due to the inexperienced staff and the lack of good help, in which any restaurant is facing in these days of post covid, the service was subpar. Yet, I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone and anyone visiting the Norfolk area. We will be visiting again and having Napolis again!

In comparison to other locally-owned Italian restaurants I’ve been to around the country, Napoli’s is slightly below average. The service was only okay, the spinach artichoke dip was good, but then the main course was terrible. I don’t remember what I ordered (this speaks volumes all on its own), but it was supposed to have shrimp and scallops, and it had literally three. Three. For $20. The sauce wasn’t well thought-out or executed; it was too high in sodium to try to flavour it up with table salt, and there was a bad clash of canned tomato paste with too much in the way of mushrooms; this desperately needed some additional flavours added, like garlic at the very least. It would have helped a lot to have used far less of the tomato-based cream sauce and fleshed out the dish with the same Alfredo-like base that the spinach and artichoke dip had. Adding spinach and even bacon wouldn’t have been unwelcome and would have made up for the paltry amount of shrimp and scallops that were in this seafood dish. The bread was delicious, but they don’t have an option to order extra bread, and the amount they provided with the appetiser was small to the point of being difficult to share, and spending $30-plus just to have good bread is an absurd proposition. I don’t often recommend going to a chain restaurant over a local restaurant, but in the case of Napoli’s, I would urge you to just bite the bullet and drive an hour to Olive Garden. I know that’s what I’ll be doing the next time I’m in the area and want Italian food, especially if I’m in the mood for something like seafood Alfredo; I understand that shrimp and scallops are more expensive for smaller restaurants, but don’t offer a dish if you can’t offer quality. I’m very unlikely to ever return to Napoli’s, alone or with family/friends. It would be insulting to expect others to pay Olive Garden-plus pricing for food that is not of equal calibre.

AMAZING!!! Hands down, this delicious food beats out EVERYTHING else that Norfolk has to offer. I chose the Taste of Italy special and holy heck! Both my boyfriend and I are cooks, and we spent the entire meal trying to figure out what was in the sauce. It was light and flavorful and absolutely perfect for such a rich dish. Our waitress was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the dishes. I believe her name was Negi? Very friendly and lots of fun to talk to.

Food was decent. Their alfredo was really good, the pizza was good. The meatball sub was mediocre at best, too much bread and sauce, not enough meatball and cheese. Service was mediocre as well; one child started eating his pizza and dripped hot toppings on his hand. No sympathy or empathy from the server, just a comment "Yes, it's hot." For the price, I expected better.

I really enjoy eating here. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The staff has always been very friendly. Prices are very reasonable for a nice dinner. Serving sizes are very satisfying. I wish I could comment on a wider selection of dishes, except I can't. About my second visit, I ordered the Lobster Ravioli. Have ordered nothing else on my following visits! It is SO GOOD! Two thumbs up, 5 stars, however you measure your satisfaction, Napolis has my vote.

The food was fantastic, had the Ravioli Special which had scallops, shrimp, and cheese raviolis in a pesto sauce! Service was decent, waitress seemed like she was relatively new but still did a pretty good job! Definitely recommend Napoli's if you have the chance to try it!

Cozy atmosphere clean attentive staff great desserts!!! A tad pricey. Glad how they have rejuvenated a downtown building. Very cute areas to sit all throughout the building as well as outside. The tour of Italy was really good but the special with scallops and a white wine sauce was oily.

Experienced a very enjoyable dinner here with friends in July. The service was good and the menu had some great options to choose from. The kids got pepperoni and margherita pizza. This restaurant does have gluten free options available for those who need that option. I had the Roma Special and wow, was it delicious! Chicken breast sautéed in a spicy dish of red peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, sherry wine, alfredo, and a touch of marinara sauce served with spaghetti. Every bite of this was amazing. My only wish is that the portion was a tad bit larger. You will stay trying to pick up every last drop of sauce with bread when you are done. What a great little gem in this small Nebraska town!
