Great experience buying from them. The out the door price was more than fair. They held the atv for me till I was able to come see it. They had Paperwork done and had me loaded up in less than 45 minutes of walking in the door. Highly recommended.

Was absolutely unimpressed by parts department. I had to give them a polaris part number to order after they told me polaris didn't make a part I was looking for. They were just very difficult to work with and I will NOT do more business here.

Great place to save your money. Which is really odd for a business these days. Anyway, their technique of customer service is a creative, no pressure sales technique. You can walk right in, not be greeted, nor be bothered by anyone for the 20 minutes you stand there looking at the same 2 machines you want to buy. It's crazy... More businesses should use this style of sales and customer care. I know, I know: I just let out Motoplex sales secrets, but hey, I figured a PSA from me would save folks the hassle of even bothering to stop here and just use their energy elsewhere. As for us.... We went on-line and found the two there. Get what we want and, a nice road trip.
