McDonald's

Took 15 mins to get through the drive thru. Both windows did not know what I ordered. Got a small drink instead of a large. Opened my bag and it had a fish filet when it clearly states the nugget meal. Wasted more of my lunch to go back to change it as I am allergic to fish. Stood there for 5 mins, three employees looked at me without asking if I needed help. Frustrating, I understand lunch rushes but Holy cow

Do not leave the store without checking your order! I know staffing is a challenge, but last 3 times I have been here ordered ahead with the app because of a food allergy. 2 times they included the cheese that I am allergic to, and the other they forgot both hamburger patties and the fries on a big Mac combo meal. Having same trouble at multiple locations as I travel for work. McDonalds either has software issues and the option to skip cheese is never shown to the kitchen, or there are a lot of folks in a lot of towns that just don't care.

You order online and say what you want and dont want. Yet somehow the order is 9/10 incorrect

Service was questionable, rude counter staff. Good food and clean building though.

I come here maybe every other week when I go on my nightly drives, and everytime I get to the window the person at the window constantly has an attitude, is very disrespectful, or has no patience with me or my fiancé. I’m getting tired of being rushed to make an order or them having an attitude

This McDonalds is alright compared to the other one across town. From my experiences, they seem to get the order wrong or forget an item to my dismay. Other than the negatives you should have no problem coming here and enjoying yourself with the delicious food.

Never get the right thing when I order here. Raise meal prices and than don’t give your customers their full order. If you want $15 to work than do your job right.

Waited in our car for 10 minutes only to have old food brought out. The fries we clearly old and over salted, burgers were old, had been sitting under the warmers as the buns were hard and the meat was gross! Spent over $40 and worst money we have spent on food. Yes I know it is fast food but come on people! We pay for food and we expect it to be decent!

Went to McDonalds on May 6 around 12:30 and I ordered an apple pie. When I ate it, it was so awful and I looked at the date on it. It was to be pulled from the shelf and thrown away on May 5 at 5:44 pm. They pay people $15 an hour and they can't even look at the date and throw old food away. I wonder how long hamburgers stay in the warmer. Called manager and all she kept saying was I am so sorry. Fix the problem

Their service was fast. They have staff bringing food to the drive through orders out in the designated parking. Staff was helpful with my order.
