Lowe's Home Improvement

Not a great shopping experience. Arrived 45 minutes prior to closing for those last minute items needed before morning. Forget receiving a greeting or help finding anything. Three employees stood together at a register scowling. Had to hunt someone down to get directions and they basically pointed. A miracle happened during check out: one employee came and watched me scan and pay without offering one iota of a greeting or even a hint of customer service. I spent my hard earned money at this store for the very last time.

I shop at Lowe's and I think it's expensive. But I appreciate the fact that Lowe's is not afraid to add different cultures to what they are doing. For Lowe's to recognizeThat there is more than one race in America and to add thatTo their product selection is awesome. I will always shop at Lowe's.

My order delivery was scheduled for a Wednesday morning Waited until well after noon And it still hadn't arrived so so I called and at that time I was told that my order was not assembled yet and would not be delivered until Friday morning. The delay I can understand but not to be notified was inexcusable. I had to cancel appointments because of the delay in notification. I hope the product is better than the service from Lowe's because at this point I find their service terrible

After shopping around town at half a dozen stores we finally settled on a gas grill from Lowe's, who hit the sweet spot with pricing and customer reviews. Good job Lowe's.

I think I've wrote a review already. Just in case here we go again . Never have I seen a place that does not want to help a customer this place is as bad as Menards I'll never step foot inside a Lowes again Home Depot all the way here

Do not trust their install. They installed a washer and dryer in our new house and first load had water going everywhere due to improper install. Lowe's said they would send someone to look at the damage and three weeks later never heard from them. So if you don't want water spilling through your floor into the basement go somewhere else.

This store is garbage! I ordered 150 feet of underground wire. They sold it to me in 3 chunks which is useless to me! I needed 150 feet of wire. They refuse to refund me because it is cut into pieces when they are the ones who cut it that way! They assured me on the phone before leaving home, an hour away, that they would take the wire and refund me. The story changed when we got there! They absolutely refused! What a useless company! And John the manager is just as useless!!!

There selection is good, and staff are generally helpful. However, have had some minor set backs with both order pick up and curbside in the past. Not a big deal if you prefer to shop in person.

Went to the store to find an item and couldn't. Around the corner came a young lady named Sophia and she offered to help. She showed on her handheld device that 12 were in stock and I was indeed in the right area. She went out of her way to help me find the item and then pulled over a ladder to check the stuff up on the shelves. She did end up finding the item. It was so nice to have such amazing customer service from a young person. She stated she had only worked there about a month and I hope her work ethic spreads to everyone there.

Always nice and clean. Their plant selection is by far my favorite out of all that I have seen in lincoln.. I do enjoy a easy to care for house plant though.
