Like Lowe's better than Home Depot due to the number of employees that can help. In Home Depot, you have to hunt down employees only to be told that is not their area.

Just went into this location to purchase a washer and dryer for my business and stood back in appliances for a while. I wasn’t greeted and not asked if I needed help. The associate took a call on the phone while I waited instead of walking over asking did I need help. After a few minutes I walked over and stood in front of him with no acknowledgement still. He walked off the opposite way and continued to speak to caller. They may not care much but due to his lack of customer service the lost out on my lil $2000. I went to Home Depot first received great service but dryer was out of stock. Sadly workers now days lack real customer service

Scott in appliances was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dishwashers we were looking at. He really listened to what our main issues with our old dishwasher were and was able to help point us in the right direction.

Very well organized location! Everything was together and very easy to find. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Shopped for a replacement grill. Henry was outstanding! Very courteous and helpful. Went in back to find our first choice but wasn't to be found in stock. Went to find our second choice but came out with our first choice because he found it hidden behind other boxes. Very friendly and exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered at Lowe's was asking if they could help us. Normally, I shop at Home Depot, but never get this kind of attention from their staff. Will change from Home Depot to Lowe's from now on.

Didn't have what I needed and nobody around to help me. Used to be my go to store but have been replaced by Home Depot which has much better service.

Been our go to place for our home needs when we are in Omaha. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store manager Eric is awesome! Willing to go out of his way to make sure you are happy and sometimes educated on the things you are buying. We keep coming back to this store because of him! Thank you Eric! **Update** Went back for all of our home appliances and was blown away with Scott in the appliance section. He went above and beyond and then some! I recommend going to him with all your appliance needs, he is really knowledgeable and keeps his word. Again, outstanding service and one of the main reasons we keep going back to this location. 👏

One of the employees, her name is AJ, she works in the customer service desk, is one of the rudest people you’ll find around there. Worst experience at a retail store I’ve ever had. Inexperienced and unprofessional to the core. They really don’t care about you. This employee in particular is the worst I’ve ever seen. Went to Homedepot after an argument with AJ, the way they treat customers is just amazing, every Homedepot I go to, they have professional people. It’s better to shop at Homedepot in my opinion, especially when they price match almost all the stuff.

Bought a kitchen faucet that leaked out of the box, Jack at the return desk was more helpful than anyone could have asked, even made a recommendation. Swapped out products, paid the difference and am greatly appreciative after the whole experience. New product is installed and works perfectly. Didn't want to mention brands in the review, but the store's staff definitely helped out a weekend warrior like me.
