I've been coming in for so long that I think everyone has got comfortable. No one takes their time with me anymore and my acrylics haven't been as good as they used to be. Disappointed and thinking about a new nail tech.

Went in for pedicures with two friends. Our tech did a great job. We knew we'd have to wait since there were 3 of us, but it still didn't take an unreasonable amount of time. However, they lose an additional star since they charged me $30 for a basic, no frills pedicure.

Constantly upping the price on me. Wanted me to pay during the process once. Once John said it would be $35 for acrylic fill and then came back to grab my card and said $36. Like ok?????? Idk why I keep going back. There is just nowhere good in Norfolk.
