This place is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived the owner of the court will harass you and be two faced to you at any time also beware she does a month to month lease that way if she dont like you she can evict you quickly and easily she let's the Mexicans have huge parties in her house in the middle of the complex with very loud music all night and morning long. She told use how the inside of our place should be setup but there was nothing stated on the contract saying we would violate it. When we first moved in and yes our names where on the contract all of them. Our sewer backed up and all she wanted to do was tell at us for using to much water. A week later it finally got fixed and come to find out roots had grown through the sewer pipes there was no apology for yelling at us and blaming us. Again if there is any other place but here avoid it at all cost. This is a total slum lord of a trailer park.

They've raised the lot rent so high & for what? Mobile home parks used to be an affordable way to live & it isn't anymore.

Poor management, terrible attitude, nice at first then just don’t care as long as the rent is paid. laundry room always has a washer or two not working. Park is not maintained, grass is often over grown, cats running around everywhere. No noise ordinance on week nights. Rv spots are tight, not enough vehicle parking. Water pressure is terrible.

I needed a place to live since I sold my house.. I bought an RV & asked these people to stay here. I paid $500 for one month & I had no water at all.. no shower or toilets available. & They purposely shut my power off yesterday & evicted me because they said my trailer is ugly After a week living there & putting insulation underneath & even a porch ...and today I have to leave with no home in mind .. They are the rudest people I've met in awhile & I do not recommend it to anyone else' I'm legally disabled to & these people deserve jail for what they did Screw em & screw living here Don't say I didn't warn you of the otricities
