The food is good the separate sucks

Had the chicken sandwich It was decent french fries were good service was good place was clean just like everywhere else prices have gone up. Thank you

Food was good but order was messed up. They forgot to give us BBQ sauce after offering it to us. We didn't have time to go back. Rule of thumb in this business is to repeat order to customer at window while double checking order.

Prices is good and service is quick but some of the food is not so good. Mainly the chicken. The "extra crispy" chicken tenders were barely crispy at all. Almost soggy but not quite. They also didn't give me the honey mustard dipping sauce. Mashed potatoes and gravy is fire tho. Biscuits were good too.

Had order for pick up . Got there at time I set for pick up and you could tell food was old and had been sitting under warmer. Also got no napkins dipping sauce that was on ticket no silverware or straws

We ordered a three piece chicken meal and substituted the coleslaw for more potatoes. Our order was accurate and hot. The portions were smaller thani remember though. You cannot dine in currently. You can only drive through or order to go. The staff seemed friendly and gave us extra napkins when I asked.

This KFC has extremely greasy chicken that tastes like it was heated up in the microwave. Other than that the mashed potatoes and gravy tastes great. The cookie is also good.

Ordered in drive through was very specific on what ordered the order taker interrupted me 4 times waited at least 12 minutes in line get up to window was told no original chicken they have been busy I asked why they didn’t put more in was told we can’t do that ma’am! I checked my order before I drove off and got mashed potatoes I never order mashed I always get fries I told the order taker she said NO you ordered mashed potatoes and proceeded to tell me I clearly ordered mashed potatoes and next time I better be more clear ARE U KIDDING ME while she was telling me what I clearly wanted she said have a nice day like that was the end of the conversation! If this was my employee it would have been her last day! Clearly someone needs to learn customer service and it is the owners who need to teach this dying art of common sense!

Just went through drive through to get chicken strips after waiting 10 minutes they bring out our order and we ordered 5 strips we get 6 pieces that look like 2 strips and 4 nuggets really KFC Do better give us what we paid for!!! Oh and fried were cold and limp!!

Wanted a quick meal, but tired of the usual burger & fry options. Line wasnt long, meal was produced quickly, and we enjoyed our choices. Maybe a little pricier than a lot of fast-food places. But like their menu options. I havent been inside for several years, but drive-thru has never been a problem.
