Kayl Heating & Air is always looking out for the customer. They care about doing a good job. They have been our go-to service since our furnace went out and they took a late night call to get us up and running.

They always go out of their way to fix any problems I have FAST! They do an amazing job of preventive maintenance to make sure my AC and furnace are operating properly. Would definitely recommend!!!

They have the worst customer service. I ordered a filter for my ac since it is a special one that cannot be purchased at a hardware store. It has been over 2 months, have contacted them several times and they still haven't delivered it. Last time I called to tell them to just give me a refund since it is over 100 dlls and they said they would deliver it within 3 days. That was 2 weeks ago. Very frustrating!!

Kind, courteous, professional, polite! Got right to work to completed the job without disrupting anything or anyone. Completed the job and explained new features and even hauled off the old parts!
