Called early morning and was told someone will be contacting you soon. Called back at 11 also told the same thing plus that I on priority. Had another two hrs pass with nothing. Called again saying we'll call u right back with some answers. Called 45 minutes later saying it will have to be an after hr call. Would have cost $250 just to show up. I wouldn't write this up if they would of just told me that they dont have time to do anything from the start. Terrible services

Great technicians and product. Feel safe using them. Comfort club is a scam. They don't show up but will call to make sure you pay. Just pay as you go or go somewhere else.

I had them replace my furnace and AC. I like the unit and I can now feel my AC in my bedroom. I'm happy we did it even though the old one was working good. Installers did a great job.

-10 degrees at 11pm at night and furnace goes out. One of the few that answered a phone and thank lord i had Anthony answer. made it to the house in the middle of night/morning and got our heat working! i could not have asked for a more professional/courteous person to speak to on the other end of the phone in the middle of the night. Excellent work/person and will be a return customer of Kalins going forward because of him! Thank you Anthony!!

Luke came out after hours on a Friday evening and got our furnace working. I appreciate the friendly attitude which seems to be nearly non-existent these days among vendors. Kalins seems to be several cuts above the rest. Thank you Luke and Happy New Year.

Aaron came over with a young man who is learning the trade. Both of them were very very nice and very professional. Aaron explained all of the diagnostic tests that they did and explained what was the issue. Very thorough. I have heat again!! They were on time and even wore shoe covers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely recommend to everyone.
