Ingredients are of much higher quality than their competitor (subway) and I love their unwhich option as bread bothers my stomach and I don't eat many carbs

We have had 5 sandwiches messed up within a month. I know they promote freaky fast but they could at least uphold quality and accuracy. Not to mention their workers could care less they messed up.

Great place to get a sub. Really fresh homemade sub buns. Very easy to read menu printed/painted on wood, posted on the wall. Order by number, substitutions and additions are always welcome. Fresh vegetables and real cheeses cut from the block. Good quality deli cut meats. Well trained staff who know the menu inside out. When you ask them a question, they immediately know the answer. You can dine in or take-out. It's a relatively newer chain so depending where you go, they will have a drive-thru. They have delivery and they also cater so you can get their food anywhere you want it. My husband and I eat there whenever we can, since we discovered it in another city about seven or eight years ago and we were happy when we found out that there were more restaurants nearby. I highly recommend trying it out, you won't be sorry you did.

Not sure what the hype is but subway is much better in my opinion! I won't be returning! The bread was like cardboard.the meat was bland.if you like this sort of sandwich shop enjoy.just not a fan!

I gave Jimmy John’s a three stars because my meal today was warm which makes it less appetizing to eat and it was very watery. I also feel the drivers aren’t on the same page as others. I left instructions to leave my order at the front desk of my workplace and the driver sat there waiting for a signature on a receipt that was stapled to my bag of food. Other times the driver who drivers my order drops it off and heads out. So lack of understanding on order instructions is also a reason for three stars.

They make the sandwich. In terms of the many Jimmy John’s I’ve visited around the country, they do no better or worse than any of them. Keep up the good work!
