Went in to order a part for my camper we had bought from there 10 yrs ago or more but they told me to basically figure it out myself. I had to call the manufaturer to get the part number and part i needed. This has to be one of the worst places i have ever reviewed for customer service. They deffinatly dont go out of their way to help customers. They sure love to grab the money and leave ya hanging when u need help. Buy from here at your own risk. Dont expect them to help with anything afterwards. Not saying their inventory is bad just the customer service in the parts department is non existent.

Thanks for the parts and advice. Everything I bought was right and my devices are now working again. Fixed them myself. The store is a lil crowded but you have everything a guy could probably need to fix most interior things. The staff is nice and helpful. Thanks again!!!

Been trying to get my 5th wheel fixed for over a year now. I take it to them and they say they fixed it. It works 1 or 2 times and quits again. Take it back and same thing. Leave messages and get no call back. Been on the phone with them twice today and still call back. Fuel is too expensive to make wasted trips to them and not have it fixed right the first time.

These guys make it impossible to buy a camper unless you're there in person. On a Saturday I talked with Monte around closing time about one of their used campers. He told me at the time it was new trade in and no one had the pictures of it besides me. He went on to say I had all day of the following Monday to think on it and get a deposit on it if I wanted it. When Monday came I called mid afternoon around 3 to put a deposit down only to find out one of the other salesmen sold it. When I called Monte about it he apologized but then made it clear that the first person to put a deposit down gets the camper. If I had known that Saturday I would have put a deposit down right away. Moving forward I wanted to give them another chance so I called Monte again and wanted to ask about some new models they had ordered and would be in soon. He said he didn't know the exact price or when they would come in exactly so I asked him to call the supplier and call me back right away. Since campers have been selling so quick I wanted to make sure I didn't lose out on one I liked twice. I waited a few hours and didn't hear anything so I called him back and found out he didn't make the call yet. This time I stayed on hold with him while he called the supplier to get an exact date as to when the new camper would arrive. He said it'd be 5 days. After that I waited 4 days and gave Jerry's a call back even though I was a day early. When I called in the morning, Monte was out on a delivery so I got another salesman on the line. I told him I had been talking with Monte but I was just looking for an arrival date of that camper to make sure it was on schedule to come the next day. That salesman shoved me off right away because since I had already been talking with Monte he didn't want to talk with me. The only lead he did give me was that Monte would be back in a few hours from the delivery. I waited till the afternoon to call back and when I did Monte was still gone so I asked for another salesman again. This time the other salesmen were both busy. I hung up waited half an hour and called back. Monte was still gone and the salesmen were still unavailable. After this I did some looking. Found almost the exact camper at another dealer much closer to me. I called, talked to a salesman and am going to look at it tomorrow morning. Jerry's campers in Norfolk has a nice staff and Monte was very polite. But if you want to buy a camper from them I suggest showing up in person because over the phone gets you nowhere!

Jerry’s Campers is a great family orientated place. We have boughten several campers from them. If & when we needed assistance on our campers .. They do their best to get us in and ‘fixed’ and back on the road 👍😊 The whole crew has been very pleasant & do go over & beyond to get you sastified. 😊 Dean & Tami 😊

Had a great experience with the folks at Jerry's! Customer service was awesome. Jerry came out and talked with us for a little bit. He was helpful and funny. My wife and I still talk about the few hours we spent there like it was a memorable vacation. Everyone was super nice. The only thing that rubbed me wrong was that I had a blown fuse on my truck for trailer lights and after spending alot of money there, they still charged me for one tiny fuse. No stars removed for this because they are a business and they are there to make money, so it's understandable. Overall a fantastic experience. Would recommend and would visit them again if I ever needed another camper.

Staff, were great! Spent an afternoon showing us around them another afternoon orienting us (newbies) to our purchase!!!! No pressure and tons of tips and tricks to get us out on our own.

The only place I will ever do buisness with. Made it enjoyable with no sales pressure what so ever!! The whole team was amazing!! A++

I worked with the entire staff at Jerry's Campers for an event called Mayday STOLDrag that was held in Wayne. I rented a number of campers that were delivered, set-up, walked through, then picked up. The customer service was 2nd to none and Monte made sure that everyone knew exactly how to operate each unit. There can be a lot of "unknowns" when renting campers - I've got plenty of horror stories. Thank goodness that's not the case with Jerry's. I can't wait to rent from them again. I 100% recommend Jerry's.
