I had excruciating pain, called the office and was able to see me within a cpl hrs. First time seeing Dr Wade and she was AWESOME!! She extracted the tooth, was in & out quickly. Everyone I've ever dealt with at this office has always been compassionate, caring, friendly and yet professional! Thanks again Dr Wade!!!! Today I went in for cleaning and have a filling replaced. As always the staff here are compassionate, caring, friendly & professional. Always a pleasant experience here!!!!

Great if you want to listen to a speech for ten min about how it is your fault your 1 1/2 teeth are falling out. (we brush daily, and only been on real food for 4 months the rest of the time was breast feed while I was taking a prenatal). No helpfull suggestions.

Might be a great dentist if you are a patient for them, but worthless if you have a dental emergency. Had a tooth that ended up hurting very badly on a Friday evening. Had a delivery in Norfolk and tried to see if I could get it taken care of while here. Called in to the office, was just flat out told they weren't excepting any new patients. While I was asking if there were any other options in the area, I was hung up on. As a truck driver I'm usually very limited in my options as it is. Had to wait several more days so my company could get me past the truck stop in iowa that has a dentist. Several days later finally get there to find it had an abscess, infection and got it pulled. TL;DR: Extremely painful dental emergency and would not see me since I'm not a current patient.

Although it is a challenge to go to a dentist, Hatfield makes it as pleasant as it can be by having the most respectful, caring and sweet people working there. Even when there is an issue with a filling being problematic, they make it right and fix the issue with so much positivity. Thank you, it is certainly a place I will recommend!!

I received a regular check up and cleaning from Dr. Sieh today. She was very friendly and thorough and my teeth feel so shiny and sparkly. She likes to talk a lot but I find that entertaining. Marissa took my x-rays and was very gentle and we didn’t have to take any of them over. What an amazing group of ladies who work here. I will definitely be a repeat customer
