Hampton Inn York

Anyone traveling I-80 should stay here. Clean, comfortable, safe, and super friendly staff. It's exactly the hotel travellers dream of finding.

A nice hotel with a small fitness center and a good breakfast. Staff members were helpful and very pleasant.

The property was fine. The rooms clean. There were some minor issues. Only 1 regular coffee in the room, no tea, no snack bar, no coffee and no breakfast bags to go.

I would have given this a hotel a 4 or 5. Our room was clean and comfortable although quite expensive at $160 for one queen bed. Breakfast was delicious. Pool being renovated wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t plan to swim. Why the one star? Just 20 days before our stay, a 10 year old boy was killed when the pool ceiling collapsed on him! We would NEVER have stayed had we known. According to our local paper which we saw after returning home, they still don’t know why the ceiling collapsed and aren’t investigating it. “Pool renovation”…It makes me sick to think we stayed there.

Very comfortable; very quiet with an AM breakfast offering that included lightly seasoned western omelets, potatoes and sausage with DIY waffles.

Places close to the freeway so you can hear the trucks in the morning. But other than that people are awesome. York, Nebraska. I'll never forget.... God bless you all

Clean, fresh, modern, quiet. A very nice place and we will be back! The hot and cold breakfast OK, about part for this level hotel. Everything seems quite new or recently renovated.

I'm very loyal to Hampton Inns after my recent experience with the Hampton Inn-York. I had checked in for my room on the app and was unfortunately unable to make it to York to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. I understand the policy is not to refund someone after they've checked in on the app, presumably because the hotel cannot then rent out that room. The General Manager, Debbie was kind enough to call me a couple days after my reservation and refund the cost. Highly recommend this location for the great customer service.

Hotel was quiet, the room clean, and the bed comfortable, although the comforter is too thick. Digital key worked very well for room and building access. No problem with online check in. On the downside, bathroom and hall doors slam, blackout curtain fit with the window is poor so too much light pours in, and the room needs an extra chair. The breakfast was good except for the rock hard muffins.

Marisa and Tim were outstanding. They have, (without a doubt)excellent customer service skills. Hampton Inn is what it is but when you run into great desk service no matter how simple or complex it’s nice to have a pro on your side. Thanks again for the wonderful service. Just a side note; Tell Deborah to close the 3rd floor during roofing repairs. Recommend this place, clean, nicely appointed Great service.
