Hampton Inn Norfolk

Right off the highway, beds comfortable and rooms were quiet.

The hotel staff is amazing and that's the only bright spot here. The hotel rooms are old and outdated. The cleanliness lacks purpose and is not even close to being Hilton worthy. The showers in at least 3 of the rooms do not drain. If there were another hotel in the area, I would stay there.

I simply cannot express how much I love Hampton Inn Norfolk. We moved to the area and had nowhere to go or stay. We were so blessed to find Hampton Inn Norfolk, who catered to our every need during the nearly two months that we stayed with them. The employees are extremely helpful and sweet as can be! Sarah, Janey, Camille, Tobias, ALL of the wonderful housekeeping staff, and the breakfast and maintenance staff seriously were the kindest people on the planet. The rooms were always kept impeccably clean. The breakfast every morning is out of this world. They will go above and beyond to accommodate every need. I am forever grateful to this hotel and have very fond memories of it. If we ever have family come out here to visit us, I know where they will be staying! Thank you so much Hampton Inn Norfolk, we love you!!!

Customer service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast not bad at all but the coffee was the best part. Camille and Jaidyn were definitely the highlight of the stay. Came for business from Iowa and was handed a bad contract. Their smiles always made my day end on a good note.

Always feel welcomed here! Rooms are very clean and the staff is always super nice. Breakfast is always delicious and they have grab and go breakfast available if you want it!

Overall a great experience. Customer service was excellent, very kind from arrival til check out. The bedroom and toilet were clean and were complete with all the amenities of a Hampton Inn. It’s probably one or the best Hampton Inns Ive been to. I also had a great sleep as the bed was really comfortable. My only disappointment was to see the coffee machine in the bathroom, very unsanitary to have it next to the toilet when there is plenty of room on the desk. Good thing there is coffee in the lobby at any time, but that was it, otherwise, stellar. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very respectful and though there was a CLC issue, it was resolved quickly. They definitely made the stay that much more enjoyable when 4hrs away from home for work. Definitely will stay again if given the chance.

Sarah helped me at the front desk. She made my stay easier from check in to check out by being friendly, telling me about local weekend activities, good restaurants nearby, all with a sincere smile on her face. It seems to me Sarah is in the right job - she cares to see others happy and it goes a long way.

Great rooms that have been newly renovated. I highly recommend this hotel when in the area.

Janie and her staff are always pleasant and very friendly. Been coming up here on business and this is the only HOTEL to stay at in Norfolk. Very Clean and the Continental breakfast is great. If you come at Norfolk. Definitely stay here
