Worst bus station , staff was rude the bathrooms were very dirty and the lobby was very dirty we came here to pick up a friend who was visiting omaha

Depending the driver and destination traveling with greyhound is not so bad. Traveling with kids old enough to understand to sit still and be quiet is not so bad. The seats are not so comfortable so pack light. But all in the grey hound bus services gets you to your destination and fast

Bought ticket to Tulsa and didn’t read the route. From Omaha to Tulsa was going to take over 30 hours and they were going to send me 300 miles in the opposite direction. I did not buy the ticket insurance because it costs $40. So, of course they won’t issue a refund. Not happy with them at all. The only reason I cancelled is bc of their horrible routing the trip from Omaha to Tulsa is about 7 hours in a car. Total waste of money. Not happy at all

The bus was comfortable. The routes are really long and it will take a long time to get to your destination. I'm mostly here to complain that there are no water fountains or anywhere to get water without walking a few blocks.

Not a clean place (actually filthy) bought a friend a ticket to Chattanooga TN. I'm sure that station will be better.

Had a 3 hr wait here and it was uncomfortable. No AC and was very warm inside. At least the vending machines had good choices.

It's easy for you to get a ticket for the same day as you want to travel and during the overnight bus ticket to get down to Kansas City was a reasonable amount and I was able to sleep on the bus and then I was able to get out of the bus so I could have some snacks and drinks.

We was able to come to the gate where they unload to retrieve all the baggage that was brought along in our vehicle so the process was easy as pie! the driver was very informative and gave us plenty of notice ahead of time for any departures to have everything prepared to get off.

The staff here is exceptionally great willing to help you in any moment's notice whatever it takes even on the vending machines one of the gentleman here gave a lady $2 after she had trouble buying some vending machine thanks out of his own pocket Now That's What I Call Great customer service however it does lack a little bit I'm explaining this side cleanliness side think they need a porter in order to do the floors in the bathrooms ended up having to clean the microwave myself because they were really busy so I helped out I'd recommend this station anyone
