They installed a Humidifier and checked out the system, finding a bad motor. Replaced that and is working fine now. Great service and phone service, also!

A tech arrived within an hour of my phone call and fixed the problem in just one visit. Their office staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. I’ve been using Fiddelkes’s for 20 years in my own home and my rentals. They are knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use them and encourage friends and family to use them also.

It was a cold night and the heater stopped heating. Call them first thing in the morning and although they were very busy they came down to Axtell and fixed the problem fast and easy. Great service and nice people to deal with.

I initially requested semi- emergency service, but resolved the acute problem, so scheduled a “soon” system check-up. The receptionist was wonderfully friendly, and ensured prompt follow-up, in spite of it being Thanksgiving week. They were able to come even sooner, which was excellent. The technician was friendly, capable, and even gave me a tutorial on the high-tech thermostat. I was very impressed with Fiddelki’s professionalism, timely responses, and excellent customer service. I am now looking forward to regularly scheduled periodic check-ups. Thank you, Fiddelke!!

Sales, service and customer support has been great. Very upfront with what could/couldn't be done with our old system and again later when we were looking to replace. Service and routine seasonal maintenance checks were the same have been great. New system has saved us around 1/3 of our previous system costs which was almost exactly what they said we might see. Highly recommended!
