Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Nick did not explain, what kind of 50.00 deposit that they needed. They do not use PayPal or Samsung and took me too add money to a prepaid card. Only to get back and have them tell me they don't except that either. They also wouldn't take a credit card over the phone from my husband. What a waste of over 2 hours.

Needed. Vehicle for an end of life trip. They said one price then, after my treatment they raised it up by $150.00! Trying to cheat a sick, week, disabled lady is so beyond my realm of understanding.

Joel and Miguel are super nice, very professional and helpful. Next time I need a rental I will come to this Enterprise first. I always pass good experiences on to my friends.

Had scheduled to get vehicle at 9:00, called two days prior to schedule pick up. Did not get picked up till 9:40. Got back to their office and during vehicle inspection found that tank had 1/4 fuel left so had to wait more for them to go fill it. Did not get vehicle in possession until 10:15. So set us 75 minutes behind schedule.

Enterprise has a well kept fleet of rental units. The staff is helpful and courteous. They will pick you up in most cases and complete your rental needs from their office.

Joel, was a great help! We were stranded after hitting a deer in York, NE. We needed to get to Mt. Rushmore to meet up with family. He got us into a car then helped us get into a larger one later that day once it was returned. The whole team there in Grand Island is awesome. Thank you to Joel and the crew that cleans vehicles!

I have used Enterprise for many years and always get a good deal and treated with respect and I love the fact that their deposit is much less than all the other companies and I can use my points and membership to the full advantage! Everytime we go out of town to omaha or lincoln or norfolk to see friends I love the security of knowing I have a reliable car and service if anything should happen Enterprise has my back! I highly recommend them!

Nick went above and beyond to help us get into a different rental and get the keys from the towing company. The keys to the rental had fallen out of my pocket, while I was getting our things out of our truck we flipped on Sunday December 2nd. We had gotten our rental Monday morning and went to get the remaining things from our vehicle. I had left the rental running, as we were loading things and did not notice the keys had fallen or were missing from the vehicle as we left and continued our journey back home to Tea, SD. It was not until Sioux City, IA did we notice the keys were missing. I called the towing company where our truck is and they found the keys right away. I then called the Grand Island, NE Enterprise and Nick was ready to assist in any way possible. He arranged for the keys to be picked up and then worked with Crystal in Sioux Falls to get us in a new Rental. A big thank you to Crystal at the Airport Location in Sioux Falls, SD and Nick in Grand Island, NE location You guys seriously ROCK!!!!!! I can not Thank you enough.

The woman who helped me at check in was great. I had an issue with my return however; Eric P helped in solving the situation. A great location to rent a car from
