In the military flying back on emergency leave and was told they would not work with me on trying to get a car. My flight landed at 5:45 pm and they close at 6. Understandable they close but they were unable to help

Kyle and Brandon are literally the best!!!! They will work with you through all of your situations and make sure to get it right the first time. This hands down has to be the best enterprise location.

The manager kyle is amazing,helpful and humble.I had bad experience previously but the last few months I've came here so many times to rent a vehicle and treated with respect and professional service.

Enterprise is a good place to rent a car from they don't give you a hard time. I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car on W. little Creek in Norfolk to anybody. They have good service.

easy to reserve online and convenient after hour drop off box for keys. the staff was friendly and professional. we loved our mini van experience!

These guys always do a great job in a timely manner at getting me on my way. There vehicle selections are spot on. Anytime I get a rental I go to this particular Enterprise location.

Guy by the name of chris works here. I’m not one to ever leave reviews, but he was the most unprofessional and condescending person I’ve ever dealt with. You should reconsider having him work with your company at the very least he should not be talking to clients.

The service was great and the staff very professional. My car was not available and was upgraded without even asking. I will definitely continue to use Enterprise for all my car rental needs.
