My car was totalled on 5/21/21. Geico called me and said we are going to get you a rental from Enterprise. I respond OK....before I could think about my next moves, a guy named Derrick called and told me the car would be ready on Saturday of the same week. I arrived and was placed in a car and I was on my way no hassles or debating on anything. Jasmine Jimenez and her staff were dead on it. I returned the rental on this past Saturday with no problems at all. Again, I thank all of you for your professionalism and outstanding service.

My rental was fine. But returning my rental was not. I called to let them know I was on my way to the location I picked it up at so I wouldn’t get charged an extra $40 for returning it to another location. They knew I was on the way. I pulled up into the parking lot as the employees were walking out of the building for the day. It was right before 6:30pm. One spoke to me saying to just drop the keys into the drop off box and they would take care of the car in the morning. I said okay. They charged me for a whole extra day that I did not even have the car! I called the next business day they were open, spoke to a woman by the name of Jasmine. Told her what took place, she asked me my name & said we will get you refunded and ended the phone conversation. I’m still waiting on my refund for the day I didn’t have the car. If I can avoid renting from Enterprise, I will.

I was not pleased with my experience with Enterprise this time. I reserved a mid size SUV with GPS 3 weeks in advance of my trip. I confirmed my reservation 2 days ahead of time. I has given a compact SUV with no GPS. The car was not cleaned as I got coffee stains on my seat. The air pressure light sensor was a continued problem which delayed my trip by several hours. I was told to exchange the vehicle at the Charlotte Airport only to find out there were no available rentals.

First off I’ve been renting from enterprise for years, but never this location & I must say they’re the worst!!!!!!! The car was two notches away from being empty (never ever happened before at any other location) they’re HOUNDS to say the least! They call as soon as they open to see when you’re going to return the car when they have to give you a grace period & they’re but supposed to call earlier than your original pick up time! There are some professional workers there although over all I’d give them a 6 out of 10! Never again! I brought my car back on time it was cleaned & on a quarter tank! They kept half of my deposit & was very rude as well.

Beginning Customer Service on Saturday was awesome, when I returned the car on Monday (today) the girl who checked me in had a nasty attitude and obviously hates her job.

I've been renting from Enterprise for a very long time but the experience that I just had really made me reconsider renting again. Some items were left in the trunk of the vehicle that I just rented 2 weeks ago and when I returned to get them the location was closed that same day so after reaching out to customer service, going back to the location again and waiting for the manager to finally address the situation two days later he let on that nothing was found and mind you he had been driving that same vehicle from the day I took it back. Eventually another employee found the items behind the building soaked because it had been raining and the manager didn't bother to remedy the situation at all. He was very nonchalant and after emailing Enterprise no one has contacted me yet regarding the situation. And might I add the items had to be replaced because of the water damage.

Very professional team and pleasant to work with! We needed an insurance covered car while our vehicle is in the shop, and we were in and out at this location with no hassle and the exact car we needed at the exact time our reservation was. Thanks!

I've begun to deal with this location after my vehicle was vandalized on Thanksgiving and received my rental from here while car was being repaired. They were absolutely amazing throughout my Geico claim with easy extension of the rental. Since I've actually rented from this location twice in the past 3 weeks and have not had any issues. Rentals were clean customer service was beyond excellent JD is the absolute best with his customer service Russell helped me upgrade within about 2 minutes to a car that was suitable for me for just a few dollars more. I normally go to witchduck location and have for the last 3 years and they are great as well. I will be back to see you soon for my New Jersey trip thank you so much for your service

The absolute worst customer service experience ever! My mom's insurance rental reservation was messed up. The reservation was made through Engerprise's Priority Pass system with a confirmation to pick up on Sat @ noon, with the phone number to this location. When she arrived the agents said that the pickup location was another office that was closed and they couldn't provide her a vehicle until Tuesday. We asked about getting a vehicle from another location or paying out of pocket and the agent repeated Tuesday was the soonest they could help... no attempt was made to even look, as apparently the 1-800 is a third party. The male agent said that we were holding them hostage despite there being other customers in the store and threatened to call the police.
