Don’t rent here, they will not keep your reservation. They didn’t have a car when I arrived to pick up my month old reservation. They just shrugged shoulder and said, ‘what do you want me to do’. Offered no help or recommendations; they left me stranded and didn’t seem to care.

Would be nice if they called to tell you they don’t have any cars for your reservation before you get a ride there to pick one up

DON’T GO HERE. The branch manager set me up and took money out of my account after I returned the rental car without my permission. I called customer service on him and my bank and lets pray I get my money back cause If not I’m gonna find a way

I got a free upgrade...they're always nice && helpful with my pick ups && apparently after a certain period you get an upgrade free of charge which helped out more than we could imagine for our unexpected rental that went from 1 day to 3!

Never really had problems with enterprises. The lady that help me was very helpful and understanding to my needs. And the process was smooth even with me having my infant son with me. Great customer service

They documented the level of fuel incorrectly. When I received the car I wrote down what the level was because I knew I was going to have this car for a long time and I didn't want to forget. Two weeks later I fill it up to what it was at when I got it. (Yes I filled it some, turned the car on, and added more until it hit the mark. I'm a penny-pincher). When I brought it back, they said the fuel level was higher than what I recorded. Then they were going to charge me more gas than needed to make it to the "correct level". I took the car myself back over to the gas station and filled it myself. I know I'm nit-picking at about $10, but if you do get a car from here, take a picture of the fuel tank level with the mileage on it. I'm wishing I took one instead of writing it down on a sheet of paper.

Had two cars to choose from. The first car I got had expired state inspection stickers. Was told I would get a free upgrade when I traded due to inspection stickers out of date. Never got an upgrade. Guessing because they only had one other car at the time. I was charged an extra $45 for something. They refunded me that back because they didn't even k ow what it was for. I would use the Enterprise on Military hwy instead.

Platinum member, with rental record of over 400 days plus from various Enterprise locations for over last 2 1/2 years. Recent problems include : 2 hour wait in lobby(last rental) , cars with tire pressures extremely overinflated...in one rental all 4 tires were around 50 lbs.. which is quite dangerous, cars not cleaned well...especially the windows and interior, last rental had no windshield washer fluid in it at all. If a problem arises I've gotten switched to the back of the line to wait for a car to be prepared, thus the long wait on the last visit, 2 hours...seriously?
