Last night, the manager of the Norfolk store along with a college student came to our home and planted a new tree. SIMPLY PUT - they were wonderful. I just wanted to share how much they care, appreciated our business and were delightful to be with. THANK YOU EARL MAY NORFOLK!

They took the pet supplies out. That’s the only thing me and my family would go into the store for. They’re losing business. I wouldn’t be surprised if they went out of business this year. I’m not trying to be hateful, but they were the only place that sells small pets in a store in Norfolk.

Decent selection, but not at all organized and (most) prices aren't clearly marked. The prices I did see were insane but I have come to expect that of earl may. 30$ for a philodendron when I can get a bigger healthier one for 6$ across the street @ walmart

Excellent service, and very helpful. Replaced a tree under warranty with no problems, the manager at the Norfolk NE location was more than helpful. Definitely recommend his store. Went back later to get more perennials they were the only place in town with what I was looking for. Probably the nicest manager I've dealt work, at least the first.
