So much stuff crammed into it, that if you can't find what you're looking for you really don't need it. Best place I've found to buy my Monster Energy drinks.

This is one of the smaller Dollar Generals I've been to. The cashiers are always super helpful and nice and I personally love to coupon here!

Every time I’ve stopped here, there seems to always be something. Employees smokin out front... having to wait because the employees arent payin attention... “closed”. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a great store maybe it’s just under staffed. But employees are nice.

I always enjoy shopping, (browsing), around both Dollar General stores in Norfolk. Today I was a little disappointed though because as I walked up to the door, the dreaded sign saying you must wear a mask was hanging there. As far as I know, there's no mandate in Norfolk requiring masks. I did not wear one and I was not confronted about it, which if I had been, I would have left. The 3 star rating is on account of imposing on my right to choose not to wear a mask. Otherwise it would have been 5.

There are a couple of different layouts for the Dollar General franchise. This is one of the less expensive ones. The stock was not as extensive as some of the other stores. There were many empty shelves. There is another store in Norfolk. I didn't stop there so I don't know if it is better stocked. I recommend traveling to the Wayne or Wakefield stores if you're looking for anything not stocked here.
