Randall Williams was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained each step of the work with me throughout the day with patience and clarity. I was having plumbing problems (sewer clogged with tree roots in it). The plumber came on time and was ready and well prepared to work. He (Terrell 6344) evaluated the complication , explained in detail what needed to be done, and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Terrell 6344 had exceptional customer service skills, was well mannered and professional. I am a satisfied customer and will use the service again if needed.
