Diers Ford-Lincoln

I bought a new 2022 Ford F-150 lightning platinum from Diers ford. Fred and Grahm were so nice. I called all over the nation looking for this truck! They were very reasonably priced, Grahm knew everything about this truck, I called after hours and left a message, and Grahm called me from home. Fred took my calls on his day off, we flew from Salt Lake to Omaha (about 1000 miles) they picked us up and drove us to the dealership about an hour away! Then they plotted us a route back to Salt Lake City, so we could hit all of the charger’s we need to stop at, they tracked us all of the way home. Offered to pay for a hotel, and buy us dinner (they thought we needed to stop driving and rest) We got all the way home, and they called to check up on us! THE NEXT NEW CAR I BUY WILL BE FROM THEM! First class bunch of people!

I bought very first brand new car from you. I was very pleased how everyone was so nice and helpful. I decided to trade it in for something a little bigger. I got great service from Diers Ford before and decided to go back to you. You never let me down this time either. Your people were great. Our salesman was William Gibson. He did an outstanding job. He was very helpful, knew what he was selling. I would go back to him again.

After waiting a little over a year and a half I Just purchased my 2021 Ford Bronco! Going through Diers was the best decision I could have made rather than going with big dealers that just don’t give you that personal car buying experience. Bill and Graham are awesome guys to work with, kept me up to date on my order every step of the way! Wouldn’t go to any other dealer!

I have always had a positive experience at Diers. (Our family has purchased 6 vehicles in two years from Diers .) From sales to service. My service experience these last couple of times have been great. They got me in right away. They are very professional from start to finish. I have dealt with quite a few dealerships over the years and none have been as easy or accommodating as Diers. I will only do my car dealings with Diers from now on. I went to Diers looking for a vehicle upgrade, something bigger to fit my current needs. I have not had previously great experiences with car salesmen. They did not listen to my needs or wants. So, I was dreading it. However, Ryan Jones was very personable and listened to ALL my needs and wants. And found me a vehicle that fits all the way around! Diers Ford was a great place to buy my truck! Kirk was an excellent individual to work with and help me find the truck that suited my needs as well as my wallet. He was receptive of personal situations and worked quickly and effectively in order to get my vehicle to me before my move. The financing department was also great to work with. They were kind and even got paper work to my wife, who was out of state at the time, to sign so we would be able to drive off with our vehicle. Great staff, great atmosphere, and all-round great experience!!
