Cost Cutters

I got my hair trimmed and thinned. I got in right away. The lady was nice but she spent most time talking to the other worker then to me. The price was was cheap enough.

I have used Cost Cutters for myself and my family for over a decade. The quality of services seemed to be waning over the past couple of years, from uneven cuts to roughly pulling hair while brushing to downright unfriendly stylists all while raising prices, naturally. The final straw and the reason I will not be returning is that my 11 year old GIRL brought in a photo of a short haircut. Short on one side and longer on the other to be precise (whatever thats called.) She came home with her father and looked like a BOY. The stylist completely disregarded what she wanted, likely thinking that it wouldn't look right with the color that would be left hanging on the ends---we already realized that. Luckily, she's been a really good sport and hasn't woke up bawling about how bad her hair is yet. I'll be looking for a stylist that is willing to do what the paying customer wants!

Got an updo for me and this cute curl and braid for my daughter. They were Friendly, capable of my vision and patient.

This place is hit or miss. I’ve been there three or four times and the only really good cut was the first time. This most recent cut was horrible; my hair is uneven, unblended, and I got a cut I specifically said I didn’t want. So…we’re done, Cost Cutters.

If I could i would return it. Or just ask for my money back. The lady that cut my hair didn't even take 5 min (why so hurry? Gosh!) To cut my hair. The cuban guy that used to have his own salon was more focused on the detail. That's how I want my hair to be cut. But these ladies they seem not to have patience to listen what the customers want. And for the price!! OMG I could buy a new clipper tu cut my own (and I know how to, just sometimes don't have the time)

I asked to get a low-fade and while she was cutting my hair he turnede away from the mirror couldn't see she was messing up my hair but the time she finished my hair wasn't anywhere close the what I wanted.

I've taken my kids twice my first experience was wonderful. The second not so much. But it is quick to get in and there online appointments is great also very convenient.

Very patient with my little one! Walk ins welcome or schedule online. Have always had a great experience here.
