I get my Himalayan cat shaved here. They are very kind and thorough. Clean facility. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

My black lab loved it. They let them out 5-6 times a day to play in the grass. 4 star because I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come to the front to help. No bell to ring when yiu are up front and workers are in thre back with other pets.

I took my dog to Westside clinic for a yeasty ear, and felt horribly overcharged by the vet that we saw initially (the service was 3x the amount that we were quoted on the phone) and I was very unhappy with the service. However, on a recommendation from someone, I was able to contact and speak to Dr. Shane Pederson who is a vet there and he was very kind and understanding. I wish we had seen him from the start. He gave my dog a more thorough look and he spent a lot of time explaining the issue and talking about the different options. I am amending my review to be 4 stars instead of 1 star, due to Dr Shane Pederson making things right by me. Thank you very much!

This is the best place to board your dog in Norfolk! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and my dog LOVES them! The dogs get to play outside with each other, the staff interacts with them all day, and the best part is that there is literally a vet in the building to take care of your pet if something should happen. Plus, they have such reasonable rates! I had never taken one of my dogs to a kennel before, worried that they’d be miserable. But after my lab was spayed I tried leaving her at home in her kennel while I was at work. Well, she got out of her cone and had started working at her stitches in just one morning! My vet, the next door clinic, recommended Westside Boarding and Grooming. They took her in that day and watched her every day that I couldn’t be there to keep an eye on her. They were incredible! Ever since then, I always have total peace of mind when I drop my dog off here. Could not recommend this place more!

When I have needed to board my vizsla Bella, she loves it here. The longest I have boarded her is 7 days and when I picked her up she was happy and healthy. Bella gets too run and receives love and attention there. I will always trust my Bella in their care.
