Horrible customer service, myself and 2 gentlemen stood at the counter waiting to check out for 20 plus minutes. Meanwhile 2 employees stood in back and one was at a computer upfront. So I left and went to O'Reilly's, and sure enough 5 min later here come those 2 gentlemen, who apparently also got tired of waiting and decided to spend their money elsewhere. Take care of the customers in the store. Computer work could be put on hold long enough to check ppl out. It also doesn't take 1 ppl to look for a part for someone who is not even there.

Went to buy bulbs. One employee was helping another customer find a part which is fine. But I stood up front waiting to get checked out for 10 mins while I can clearly hear at least 3 workers gossiping in the back, completely unrelated to work. The workers don't seem like they want to help customers or do their job. Made me late getting to my job..

She couldn't answer a single question because she was looking at the computer. So I went to Walmart and got the brand I was looking for and faster and much cheaper. Post Edit: I can see all the low rates are complaining abouy service costumer and unhelpful employees. And sendind a robot to give the same answer to everyone just show how unprofessional you are. Update: got what I needed and when ready for check out none of the 4/5 cashiers were able to attend me. Worst place ever. "Dissapointing to hear" "Always ready to help" "Excellent costumer service" "We hope you visit us again" Really?? Is that your answer to a complaining review??

I didn’t catch the ladies name who helped us. I believe she was the store manager. She was amazing. I bought the wrong wiper blades and came back in to exchange them. She took it upon herself to look up what they had in stock for my vehicle and then price matched for me instantly. She didn’t have to do that. Great customer service every time I’ve gone in.
