Had issues with my phone Got the help I needed, upgraded my phone to a new one and was not able to use service in my old phone. I upset that other stores did not help me the way Claudio, Daniel and Jorge who helped me transfer all my content. I am very pleased with the service I got from these young gentlemen. My phone had no service and Jorge was able to use his iPad to give me service because my phone would not connect and finally it did and was able to keep all my photos very happy Well done guys

I was very satisfied with my recent experience at AT&T! Chantal and Skylyn were super helpful and knowledgeable! I got my questions answered and my phone issues fixed within 10-15 minutes!

Horrible experience. Went in to buy a new phone outright. Also was willing to do installments. Was told I wouldn't be allowed to have it. That it would have to be mailed to my house. Reasoning is because the store has lost 40 iPhone in the last week per worker said. Also presented 7 forms of identification to prove my person. Apparently the Gm has no business cards to contact. Spoke to the "general manager" she was not helpful and had nothing to address her over stepping. This is a gross over reach and not acceptable business practices.

Omg thank you to the girl who helped me trade my phone in today she had 2 different customers in the store and she helped both of us at the same time. As a former store manager that girl would definitely be thankful for such a great employee. She took care of both of us had a great attitude. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.. Terrible customer service, they only want to sell you but after the sale they don't care about you anymore. I regret switching from Verizon.

Beyoncé and Skylyn help get me set up on firstnet. They made the process flawless I love the Apple Watch they gave me for being a first responder. We are saving so much money from switching from Verizon to AT&T.
