My appointment was at 2100 (9:00), got there at 2000 (8:00) and didn't get my bills until 0415. Ran my clock down where I only had 32 minutes left which caused me not to be able too go pickup my next load on time. If you have to go there just get ready for a long wait. They were pretty nice and actually had a restroom for the driver's to use so at least they have that going for them. No parking except to deliver/pickup but they are right behind a Loves Truck Stop.

Appointment is as for 21:00. Arrived at 20:00. Although my appointment time was before everyone here they are going ahead of me due to them checking in first. About to go over my 14 and they do not offer overnight parking. So I went to ask the guard if I could drop the trailer and pick up in the morning or if I he knew when the started to unload in the morning. As soon as I walked in he yelled for me to wait in the truck. I informed him that I was trying to ask him a question. His response was it did not matter if I had an appointment they would get to me when they got to me. So I just left the lot with the load. I am taking it to my yard first thing in the morning. I will NEVER come back her again.

They complicate a check in process that could be so much easier. They play phone tag if you have questions in regards to your delivery quick to take a lumper fee however want to stamp your pod with subject to count with no official markings like warehouse name/location of their actual facility.

TRUCKERS BEWARE!!!! Receiving doesn't start till 9pm. No exceptions! You will wait outside guard gate untill they call you. They will NOT be on time for your appt. They do not let you stay overnight! Un organized and lazy. Not worth the money when so much time is wasted. No bathrooms in staging area. Disrespectful company as usual. Got there at 4pm. Left at 3am!!!!!!

Negative stars. Bad service. One pallet of a weight of 460 lbs. In a dock door at 9 pm for a 9 pm and it is now after midnight and still no paperwork. I was hoping the bad reviews were wrong. They are spot on for this place. People are nice but nice people don't pay for the wasted fuel and time. Stay away from here. Read the bad reviews and be warned.

Make sure you follow all their rules ( safety vest, 4-ways on, only allowed to park in lot 4 hrs before appt, and don't stay after they finally get you empty), so they can keep you all night. They are in absolutely no hurry to get the truck empty. I'm going on 5 hours, the last 2, waiting on my paperwork.

2100 appointment time arrived at 2030 on a door at 2130 , clean bills and empty by 2300 , all in all not a bad experience for a big grocery warehouse, despite all the bad reviews , receiving office people pleasant and efficient , my only gripe is one security personnel at the guard shack had an attitude , but I ignored it , not my fault he hates his job DRIVERS to enter the facility 81 south make a right at the Loves follow the road around to the guard shack , plenty of room to back in to a door when you get one No overnight parking, if the Loves is full and you need to park there is a Walmart nearby that allows truck parking

The reviews aren't lying. I deliver here several times a month and its always the same. Turn down the road that the Love's is on. Drive past the Love's. Road will curve to the right. Stop at the guard shack in the middle of the road and check in. Make sure you have a safety vest on. Guards were on a power trip and acting like drivers were a bother to them. Then park in the staging area and wait for a phone call. Once you get a phone call go to your door. Stand in line behind 20 other drivers in the receiving office while the office staff bs around taking forever to check drivers in/out. The lumper office has a sign up that is barely visible to drivers that states certain vendors get priority no matter the appointment time. Once your light goes green a second time they are supposed to text a link to your phone to pay the lumper service. Then you go in and get your bills. You have to leave once you're empty

Avoid this place. 6+hr to get unloaded. All negative reviews are correct. No parking. Loves a 1mi away. The truck entrance is after the Loves. Do not follow google. Lumper fees $410 and NO option to pay without your CC. Everywhere are fees commissions for lumpers ($13+) which they do not show on the final receipt.

Attention Truckers: You want to enter this facility from the south side of the building, not the north. If your driving on Omaha Ave you will see an intersection that has Auto Express, Arby's, and Perkins Restaurant nearby. Turn onto Johny Carson Blvd (Hwy 81) headed southbound. Next you'll see a Love's on your right. Turn right onto Monroe Ave. Stay on that road as it bears right and you should see security check in. Make sure to have a safety vest on you at all times. Check in with security if making delivery. Security will than tell you to park in the staging area until they call you with an assigned door. I recommend you come here early if your appointment is at night time because the staging area can fill up fast with other drivers. Also there is no overnight parking here, I recommend using "trucker path" app to find a place after your done here. 4 hours later I got a door assignment when I was delivering here. Depending on where your door is will determine how easy or challenging your backing will be. After I docked I had to slide my tandems back and check in at receiving. Next, Receiving than told me to check in with the lumper service Capstone. My lumper was pre-paid so you may or may not have to pay lumper fee. 3 hours later Capstone called me and said I was unloaded and can get my signed BOL's. Than I checked out at security in which they looked inside my trailer to verify that I'm empty. Overall I can see why this place get's so many bad reviews. Lumpers are never appealing, I spent almost 8 hours here, and there's no overnight parking. Only 2 positive thing were the doors on the west side are easy to back into, and the staff was respectful to me (thought other truckers have mixed experience's with the staff here). It would be best to have a drop-n-hook arrangement with this place because live unloading here, a truckers time and patience is not gonna be taken into consideration.
