Arby's

We ordered two roast beef sandwiches and 3 appetizers. When we got the food we immediately sat down and start eating. The mozz sticks were cold, okay whatever sometimes they get cold quickly, but then the fries and the jalapeño poppers were cold so we asked for new ones. We got served fresh, hot food the second time around. While I appreciate the hot food the second time(it tasted super good too by the way), I would have appreciated it more if it was the first time. No reason I need to go up there and ask for fresh food, it should always be fresh. The roast beefs were somewhat warm, but by then I was over it and just ate it.

I’m normally a huge fan of Arby’s, but my experience tonight at this location was extremely lackluster. I ordered two sliders about an hour before close. My buffalo chicken slider had next to no sauce on it whatsoever and the bun was cold, cold enough for the entire slider to fall apart when I tried to pull it out of the bag (it was put in sideways for some reason), and my roast beef slider just tasted old, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long while before being served

I did enjoy my visit to this establishment as my sandwich was very good, however the atmosphere and target audience is very reminiscent of a retirement home and I’m not sure how to feel about that. But jokes aside, good food.

The food was delicious, but I don't think staff should have their children behind the counter when they are working. It's a health Hazzard, not to mention pretty unprofessional.

So tonight I ordered food at the drive thru got to the window & realized I forgot my card at home told them I'd be right back. When I got back I ordered the same thing I did a few minutes before & it was almost two dollars more then the first time . so I asked the girl at the window why that was and she just shrugged her shoulders & said nothing else handed us our order & shut the window. When I go back & she's there I'm asking for someone else to help me.

Great service, bathrooms are always clean. The guy making food Cory he knows how to get food out in a timely manner without having a sloppy sandwich made. He has been a great ascent to your Arby's here in Norfolk. Keep up the good work!

The food was ok, sandwich sloppy and uneven. The fries were a bit stale...the pepper sauce was really good. Friendly service but unclean atmosphere. Did seem nice that they were doing much to help the community, doing fundraisers as well as selling baked goods to customers.

Very nice employees and the food was great! It was a little cold in the dinning area.

We eat there quite a bit, the food is usually good. But they can't seem to get my wife's sandwich right. Whenever she orders a beef and cheddar sandwich they never seem to get it right half the time. It will either be missing the cheese or it will have the cheese and the special sauce, but it will never just be the roast beef and cheese. It seems like at least half the time it needs to be fixed.

The one in Norfolk. NE has had terrible customer service now for awhile. Thought we would try it out again after avoiding the place for close to 6 months. Nope no better service and the food tasted terrible. The roast beef was as dry as a desert and the fries were either over cooked or the oil needs to be changed. This place used to be really good. Sad shame
