They are very helpful! And friendly! Very happy with the room! I've been here since Friday and it feels like home!!! The GM is amazing! Very helpful and very polite! Rooms are clean and cozy! Bed is super comfy! The shower is amazing! Wifi is a little slow but what can you expect when so many people are connected! I'm looking forward to my future stays!!!

A very special thank you to Gina, Mona, and Christina. My Husband, Son, and I stayed for a little over a month until we found a place of our own. During that time we felt well taken care of. Excellent customer service and necessary amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. Thanks again for making our stay one to remember and if we are ever in need we will stay again!

Pacience and Bryanna (Front Desk) are outstanding! The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. As a business traveler, typically staying at hotels for weeks at a time, Woodspring Suites provides an excellent value. Not sure about some of these bad reviews here. Grown adults should know the amenities the hotel they are staying at provides before booking a room. It's not fair to the staff for a guest to not read the details concerning the linen exchange, dishes, etc. The price is around $50-60 per night if staying a week or more. Not sure why some of these folks have Marriott expectations for amenities. I digress. Highly recommend!

Our room was very nice. But when we asked for clean towels we were told no because it wasn't our day to have clean towels the front desk worker also said we didn't pay extra for laundry so we had to wait till our day we stayed a few weeks thats highly poor customer service we should have been given clean towels period something so simple like should be accomplished then our room key was turned off around 9am and not at checkout time 11am we could have demanded our money's back cause that was wrong and dirty operations for whatever WoodSpring Staff that did it.But we decided it wasn't a big problem since we were leaving and checking out that day Mrs.Jill please correct those two issues so there won't be anymore of that foolishness.

This place is the best in the area for the price. The rooms are set up with full size refrigerators & a two burner stove. They keep some emergency food on hand & have really helped me out with a couple times when I asked. You can buy pots & pans from them. The rooms are clean, I've never seen a bug, nor have I heard of any incidents. They offer a linen change, some commodities as well. I've never personally used the extra bed service. Once while waiting to pay my bill I observed the staff providing an air mattress to another customer. Speaking of staff, the manager, Christina, is easy to talk to, helpful, professional, yet laid back. When it comes to payment, she stands firm but with compassion & understanding. Which I absolutely respect. The other staff are also really great & make us feel welcome. We intended on staying short term, but have had a few set backs & couldn't be more content & grateful we found this place.

Here for 43 days. They don't do much in the way of quiet hours. Inconsiderate people slam their doors at all hours of the night shaking the walls. The people above me drag their chairs across the floor at 5 am and stomp around like a heard of elephants. Management should post reminders to these people. Can't cancel reservation without penalty. North door to get into the building only works for about a half day of the week. Rooms are cleaned well and some staff are friendly and personable. Lincoln does have a noise ordinance that could be enforced by the PD. Lisa the GM is great. My initial complaints didn't reach her as I believed. Once she was made aware though she addressed all concerns.

My room smells entirely of body odor there was no Kleenex no hand soap in the bathroom the toilet had just been used and was dirty in addition to that, in the middle of the night when the heat kicked on smoke-filled from the unit causing the smoke detector to go off and ruining all my clothes with the smell of smoke I had to leave and continue my travels after less than an hour of sleep. To add injury to insult the manager Tina called me back 2 days later and was more interested in arguing than issuing me a refund for what was no less than a terrible experience. I will be following up with her supervisor. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The room is ok, but you have to pay extra for linens (never heard of that NOT being included) or wash the towels and bedding yourself in the guest laundry. You have to buy dishes, cookware and coffee pot because it's also NOT provided even though they advertise a full kitchen in every room. We also have to take out our own trash because they only offer house keeping once every 2 wks!! WTH is THAT?! No pool. No continental breakfast. The place is clean, though and the bathroom is decent sized with a big tub.

Be aware that this is a 2 star hotel based on the amenities. I am very pleased that they keep the prices low and I have been prepared to bring things that I needed. The doors of the rooms tend to slam if you don't hold them because they are on a Spring hinge. Not everybody realizes that. I feel that part of the wonderful cleanliness of this place is because they did not use carpet. This keeps the smells very fresh throughout the building. The laundry room is huge and offers a credit slot for plastic if you do not have quarters. But if you did need quarters the front desk will give them to you if you have cash. The Mini kitchen is perfect with a full size refrigerator. Last but not least, the staff has been very friendly like an extended family. I definitely would recommend this place and the location is good. It is near main roads, fuel, storage, groceries and restaurants.

Had a rhino in the room above me. Elephant in room next to me. Screaming monkeys till 1am down the hall. NO RESPECT IN THIS PLACE what so ever! It's an apartment complex. Total waste of money. If it weren't so cold I would have slept in truck!
