Williamsburg Park Apartments

The office staff and maintenance are always prompt on tending to issues! They always respond quickly an are very kind!

Being new to the area, this was the right place to choose to live. Pool is great, they handle your Amazon packages, maintenance is responsive and friendly, staff gets to know you by name, regular events for the kids, quick snow removal, safe neighborhood. 2-3 miles of paved walking and biking trails with a loop right outside.

Williamsburg Park has been so great to reside! The unit we’re in isn’t yet updated, but it’s clean. The staff has been so kind and helpful. The surrounding area of the park is also clean, close to shops and restaurants. It’s also close to a walk/bike/run trail and a park. Highly recommend!

The administrative people are very friendly and respectful. Not only when you stay there but after you leave, the bond remains. They are always ready to help.

We really appreciate the hard work the maintenance team completed yesterday working on our patio door that had a draft, especially during these cold days. Jeff had to repeatedly come back because it was a step by step process. When all was said and done, I put my hand near the seals of the door and I didn't feel any draft. It is so appreciated and it was a long day for Jeff. The crew that works here has taken things above and beyond any level that was here seven years ago.

The Williamsburg Park Apartments is a great location, because you are within walking distance to the Hy-Vee grocery store, there is a children's playground right behind the apartments and a hiking trail that leads to the Southpointe Mall. My family and I have lived at these apartments for little over two years. Since we have lived here, Angie, Hannah & Kelby have been very helpful and polite. Any issues that we have had, they have addressed them in a very timely and professional manner. The maintenance crew Tim & Jeff are very courteous & efficient when it comes to their job. Any time I have had something broken, they had it fixed within a day. Keep up the good work everyone!

I have enjoyed living here. The apartment complex is great with a walking path right next to it which is perfect for exercise and beautiful in the spring/summer. Everyone who lives here is really nice. And Angie and the entire staff are always very nice, helpful, and professional.

My husband and I love calling this place home. We feel safe in the neighborhood, the people around here are extremely friendly, and the staff is PHENOMENAL! We never worry when something goes wrong or needs repair. All the maintenance guys rock. Jeff really makes us feel at ease when he comes in to repair something and we never feel like a stranger is entering our home.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to live here. We just signed the lease for another year (3rd now). What I’m thankful for: Angie at the office, the two maintenance men are the best ever in the whole world, and the 3 bedroom apartment is nice, spacious, Lots of huge windows, washer dryer included, and playground and park with trails is awesome. Safe neighborhood, nice Nieghbor’s, convenient location.

I just moved here from CA on 12/01. I found this place purely based on reviews and the customer service of the management team. The team made choosing this place very easy from CA, they gave me a FaceTime tour of the unit and facility. They sent me my keys to CA so I would be ready to move in the day I got to Lincoln, which was a Sunday. And to my surprise, without ever stepping foot into the apartment, it felt great walking in the clean place for the first time with my son. He was happy and running around, stoked to be in his new room. Right away, I felt like I made the right choice. The neighborhood is beautiful, the streets are quiet, and its closely surrounded by everything useful: supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, oil-change, hardware store, restaurants, you name it. The management team is great, the nature, park, and lakes around the property make it a serene and lovely experience.
