Sprinkler repair. Fixed my backflow in a few minutes. Got set up with spring and fall maintenance.

I was told they charge more because they're the best ... but they're not. I hired them to check my existing sprinklers and to ensure that coverage was correct and everything was getting watered. I ended up having to have them come back to correct some things (they didn't charge a service fee but still charged labor) and after checking today, there were still issues with coverage and not all plants getting watered. They charge a service fee in addition to labor. On a positive note, they were very friendly and courteous but I needed someone to do the job correctly.

Whittemore Sprinkler Company has handled the lawn care sprinkling needs for our Association for over 40 years. They open our system every spring and see to it that it is properly shut down in the fall. They have been responsive to problems as they occur. We appreciate the people of Whittemore's and their assistance with our lawn sprinkling needs.

Whittemore Sprinkler Company is a great place to work and hang out with the guys! I have been here for just a year and have learned a lot!! Jeff and his crew are extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of sprinkler issues and how to maintain it. I have been working with Whittemore Sprinkler Company for just over a year! All the technicians are very knowledgeable, kind, and a fun group to be around! During the time I have been around them, I have noticed that they are very customer-friendly, customer-oriented, and want very much to please all their customers and work very hard to get their sprinklers up and running in a timely, cost-effective manner. They want their customers to be happy and their sprinkler systems working efficiently! I have also had lots of customers call after they guys have been there telling me what a wonderful job they have done and how friendly and helpful they were!

Our system was installed by them over 35 years ago. We have lived here 16 years and have used their service on a few occasions, the most recently within the past couple of weeks. There is no wasting of time, but they get right to it and stay on task. They had to leave briefly to get a part, and that gap in time was accounted for on the billing. Luis and Jose are outstanding and Terry is extremely pleasant and has the customer’s best interests as a priority.
