Walmart Supercenter

The store is either always clean or being cleaned. If there is a cleanliness issue, say the bathroom, they tend to it as soon as possible. The associates I've encountered are always friendly and helpful, especially the meat dept and the pharmacy are above and beyond. Never an issue with this store. The associates that are there first thing in the morning do a great job overnight putting the store together from the day before. Great store.

They really need to STOP THEY'RE DOUBLE BILLING on credit cards, With that said they really need to bring back 3 shifts (not all people work the same hours or sleep the same hours) I'd shop more often if they had night hours again! Right now I can shop or order delivery maybe 1 to 2 times a month due to my hours.

So now Walmart has an associate come.amd interrupt customers while checking out to convince you to rate them.4 stars. She just stood there waiting until I politely asked her to leave me alone! Funny, I didn't see her do this with any other customers. Smh I truly hate this walmart!

I've NEVER liked Walmart BUT NO CHOSE. Ins compunies dictate- HEALTHY BENEFITS ONLY partnered them for groceries. LIMITED selection of things/brands I buy. Shopping here is A BIG INCONVENIENCE for me. Produce section very poor. SMELLS BAD, items very picked over. Most checkout is SELF SERVICE. SOME employees very helpful, other don't seen happy working there-like 'don't bother me' attitude. Will take me awhile to learn floor layout. Wish I could CHOOSE different store!!! -a smaller, closer location. Set-up is geared for larger families, waste alot of food with buying QUALITY. Trying to find Extra Benefits plan that is more suited to SMALLER family's.. #DISSAPOINTED!!!

i tried to call to talk to some one at automotive section of that Walmart when some one finely answered the phone i got a very rude attitude like i was not suppose to call them then was told with a even ruder attitude that there manger said not to answer the phone when there are busy witch did not sound like they was to me over the phone. then when i was transferred to the automotive section i got a very rude attitude from the person over the phone and was told that they was too busy to check out a battery that was brought from Walmart on 11-19-2022 that the extreme cold temperatures on the night of 12-21-2022 into 12-22-2022 more likely messed up to where even after a jump start that would not let the truck start the same day and days after that. i don't be leave there was so busy that they could not check and replace a battery again brought from Walmart. i will not recommend going to that Walmart for any thing at all.

Went there for a flu shot, and was greeted by two nice, somewhat jittery employees in the back. Not sure why they had to heat the vaccine up in a spoon, but it worked, and felt great. 10/10, would get my shots there again.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any form of store. I brought my car into the auto center for a tire patch. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait time so I went and gather groceries. After 2 hours I came back to check on the car because it had already been 4 times the estimated wait time the staff told me that I was 7th in line all of a sudden and then it was ridiculous I expected my car to be finished. Well I can't drive on a flat and I'm broke so I guess I'm waiting then. An additional 3 hours pass just to find out that they aren't going to do that patch for me today. Terrible service rude employees who lied for honest to god no reason and I left after 5 hours without them fixing what I paid for!!!!!

Good! Fair prices, good selection, & convenient. But, this, our most local Walmart is not as friendly & courteous as most Walmarts. It could also do to be cleaner, & to stock up it's goods more regularly (they are often out of important products.). We've complained to the managers. But, they don't seem to be doing anything about it.

Hard to find what I'm looking for at times due to being out of stock. Otherwise friendly service everytime.

Place is a joke! Never have anyone at actual registers. They pretty much give you no choice but to self check out. Not to mention, when your done checking out and you are not paying attention employees are told to give the store 5 star ratings if you forget to rate the store. I caught a gal doing it as I walked away and I told her that's BS, she said she has to do it. Two days ago as I finished checking out, that same gal, reached behind me as I was putting bags in my cart and did my review, didn't even wait till I walked away, because I told her last time she did this I will give 1 star every time I have to self checkout with no discount for being forced to self checkout! Employees should not be allowed to give the store ratings without the customers permission PERIOD!
