Great gym ! It’s super cute and clean and Stacy is awesome at working with you and your limitations whatever they may be . Great place if your pregnant or postpartum too .

BirtFit and Coach Stacy’s programming have changed my life. The community is amazing and they welcome all fitness levels. I 100% recommend this gym for any woman, any stage of life!

Nothing but the very best things about this place and the people. Going through both the prenatal and postpartum series with Stacy was all incredibly helpful. Having Stacy with us as our doula was absolutely the best decision. She is the most supportive and encouraging coach!
