Got a truck from these guys. Great service. Very honest and up front. Even willing to let your car get inspected by a third party. Very fair prices.

Three days ago, I submitted a two-star review on this same forum. Within 48 hours, I received multiple messages on Facebook from a Univercity Motors owner threatening to take legal action if I did not remove my statement. I have, as requested, redacted my initial review. I now have a whole lot more to say. My original qualm with Univercity Motors was that they sold me a faulty and unreliable vehicle. My husband and I purchased a 2006 Volkswagen Passat from their dealership on March 21, 2017 for $6,300. In the seven months we owned this vehicle, it was driven a total of four thousand miles and incurred nearly five thousand dollars in repair expenses. These repair expenses include, but are not limited to: A faulty valve cover, which causes a high idle and makes the car difficult to start; a defective turn signal switch; defective radiator support; badly worn and loose lower control arm brushings; and a malfunctioning blower motor resistor, likely caused by pre-existing water damage. These repairs more than exceed the Blue Book value of the vehicle. My complaint today, however, is much more serious. I am a twenty-year-old woman with limited resources, and as such, I appear as a prime target for intimidation and threats of unfounded legal action. But I also firmly value freedom of speech, and I will not be bullied into falsifying a satisfactory review for a company that sold me an undeniably defective product. If you chose to do business with this dealership, please be prepared for poor product quality and harassment. Please also be aware that dissatisfied customers are swiftly blocked from the Univercity Motors Facebook page, making it a source for only limited and censored consumer reviews. Thank you for reading.

These guys are very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for at the time. And even got me approved for financing when I didn’t think possible, They work closely with a rim and wheel shop to bundle brand new shoes into your purchase. I will be visiting soon. I’m wanting to trade in my Navi when we find the right Lincoln Truck. Pleas keep eyes out. Thank you
