My mom sister and I had no clue where to even begin when we walked in the store (we are not big makeup gals). Lucky for us, we ran into one of the workers named Ashley. Ashley was phenomenal!! She helped us with many questions and provided us with recommendations. She was kind, attentive and patient. Great experience thanks to her!

I've been going to Angelique for years and once she started working at Ulta I knew I had to make an appointment. If you need a hair girl, she is a must see! I do not trust anyone to color my hair but her. I usually show her a picture of what I'd like and she's always spot on! She is amazing at what she does! On top of being so good at her job, she is a wonderful hairapist (hair therapist)! I highly recommend Angelique for all your hair needs! 😊

Tried to purchase hairspray today. I wrote a check and had to go to 3 registers to try to check out. Their system wouldn't accept the check. Since I recently had knee surgery this was a lot to stand trying to get the transaction processed. The manager even came up but no apologies. I left and bought at a different business $3 cheaper without the hassle!

You can definitely find just about anything you're looking for in hair & beauty, or even fragrances! This is the place for deals & rewards if you can afford it. I like that they are very diverse in the hiring process. I don't like the available hours, without the benefits. There isn't much room for advancement opportunities.

There was a very rude employee there the other day-she seemed like a manager. I walked in at 7:30 and the store closed at 8, and I was smelling perfumes at 7:45 and left at 7:50. I don't think I was intruding or anything considering that the store closed in 15 minutes and was just smelling perfumes, but at 7:45, I heard this manager say to the employees at the front that "there's one in fragrance." I thought that was a rude way to speak about a customer and make it seem like I'm a bother for being in a store while it's still open. I've worked retail many times, including at an Ulta, and I understand how annoying it is when customers are in the store a minute or two before we close and seem like they're shopping a lot and don't plan on leaving, but I was not acting like this. I live in Omaha, and this was my first time going to an Ulta in Lincoln-not a good first impression.

This is the first time I have ever gone to Ulta beauty to have my hair done. Angelique did such an amazing job! I love my hair so much!! Plus she was great conversation!! It was cool that we got a lil gift for being a first time customer as well!

I went in looking for a place to get my hair dyed in a peekaboo look, I met Angelique and she sat down with me and went over what it would entail and everything. She was super nice, knowledgeable and made me feel real comfortable with the decision I made. I am so glad I went and had her do my hair I was so excited to get it done and had a blast with her, I will be going back anytime I need/want my hair colored because I am super happy with how it turned out and how it looks even a month later.
