I NEEDED NEW TIRES SO I WENT TO THE LINCOLN TIRE ALL I HAD WAS 40.00$ I EXPLAIN TO THE GUY AND HE SAID NO PROBLEM I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU HE WAS SO AMAZING AND IT ONLY TOOK 8 MIN NEVER NO LONG THIS IS MY 6 TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL KEEP ON COMING GREAT SERVICE AND THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT WHAT THEIR DOING THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH ....

called at 4:30 the night before for some odd size tires Moe said they didnt have a matched set but 2 and 2 all had about 80% tread and said make sure I get there first thing in the a.m. ( mind you I am coming for 30 miles outside of town) and im sure the business has caller Id. went in to buy 4 used tires the little white guy said I have really good tread and the cracks on the side of the tread was superficial. he told me he could just flip them around and it would look fine and get another 2 or 3 yrs out of these tires... quoted me $100 vs. $190 for a used set.. get them put on.. my mistake for not looking at them I have delt with them before and have always treated me right... I take off going down 27th st and it is pulling hard to the right.. I bring it back he says you need an alignment.. funny it didnt need one when I brought it in.. as I was talking to him and believing him another employee says you have a bad broken belt and he told the little white guy... I go out there and it was really bad.. after looking at the tires they looked just as bad on this side as they did the other.. little white guy said it was from the sun.. ( that was his reasoning for flipping them) after all said and done they wanted to give me $30 back and I would still be paying $70 for absolutely nothing... they did end up putting one good tire on which now I do not have a matched set but misteriously drives perfect... so, the allignment little white man says it needs was B.S. so all in all I guess the got me 1 used tire and I paid $70 for it... not happy.... I wanted them to give me the 2 and 2 that they said they had last night.. crazy apparently they sold 2 of them but even crazier they could not find the other matched pair to sell me.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. it would have taken 2 minutes to call me back to let me know that 2 have been sold and they lost the other 2 ha ha.. crazy thing is I told them that I was coming back later in the afternoon with my f250 to get bigger tires on that... so, because they wanted to save $20 they lost the sale of 4 tires for an f250 but I am on the road again thats all that matters... I am also A repeat customer as I have a small car lot... it will take some time for me to forget this experience..

This place was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced with a Uhaul facility and I will never go there again for a Uhaul or Tires ( its located within a Tire Store.) We didnt receive any kind of confirmation paperwork for dropping off the Truck the man took the keys and complained rudely to us about them being closed but said he would take the keys as if he was doing us a favor. and I will not be surprised to be over charged for the use of the Truck since he couldn't even bother himself to check out the Truck..

Mcgoughan treated me very professionally. His crew was quick and very affordable. I was weary as some shops wanted triple the cost he quoted me. Save your money and time and choose this place for tires.

I wish I could star this place under a different name because they are more then a uhaul place. Excellent tire repair service. Great price. Very nice workers. I will definitely go back.
