Best freightliner in the country! By far!! Timely repairs, done right the first time... Pricing is as fair as it can be Best part, the people, treat drivers with RESPECT!! Outstanding job, once again!! I will be back, for any future necessary work or Truck purchases!

Originally I had a few minor issues with the service this establishment provided. Upon consideration of the evidence I have deemed that Freightliner is actually at fault for my brand new truck with 29 miles being in the shop for over two weeks. There were a couple minor problems that caused me to write a two star review, and in response the manager, Richie Eller, reached out to me personally to rectify the issues. After speaking with Richie, I am more confident that this service center does actually pride themselves on being the best. Even though Freightliner has been taking their sweet time, this service center has been quick to follow their instruction and report back. I ended up getting a new truck from my company, and when I was swapping out my things, the shop mechanic had no problem at all taking time out of his shift to assist me in moving my massive fridge, and modifying some parts to work in the new truck. They also allowed me to park inside the service Bay to do the swap since my other truck could not be moved. All in all, great customer service, super helpful shop mechanics, and a service manager who actually cares about the customers.

Some friends of ours were leaving Lincoln one evening when their RV decided that it's A/C compressor loved to eat belts. It was a scramble to find them replacement parts, and with the help from the parts counter to track down a replacement (overnighted from Memphis) they were up and running the next afternoon.

Truck Center of Lincoln came through when the AC compressor in our RV locked up and left us stranded on a Friday evening. Not only did their parts counter find the right unit, they had it overnighted and waiting for us the following morning so that we could get it fixed and back on the road. Can't thank them enough for their great service that got us back home safely. Will definitely be buying parts from them in the future!

A guy his name is Patric, told him to inspect the truck and annual inspection too, a week later when I got back the truck he didn’t fine it. I got charged $2680 and then not got the paperwork, something wrong with this guy And the main reason I took the truck there because of yearly manual inspection Even Patric was mad at me when I told him about it, he should be mad at himself

Very much disappointed for bad phone manners from service staff and slow service and only excuses for same problem popped up after pick up. we have been regular customer with this shop for oil change and repairs over months dropped the truck off on Friday they told me they would do diagonsis on Sun or Mon. but they finished on Wed for diagnosis 1) bad customer service - I called them to see if diagnosis done. staff sitting from second from right. told me "working on it now" and hung up the phone with very rude manners. it was second time happened from same guy. it was not customer service I feel ignored and even they did not start diagnosis at that time they said they didnot find any problems so they called my company to pick up the truck and said it is ready to run. so we picked up on Friday Morning but Shifting problem still suddenly popped up again on ramp to I 80. its only 5min away from the shop. I see it is same problem and not fixed Service staff on the first right said. there was no issues when they did diagnosis in their shop during testing. I have question to them. " so if you have no problems during testing inside the shop. how can you explain this issue popped up just after i picked up? 3) Labour cost was around $1200 for diagnosis only 4) I heard from technician he needs more time to figure it out but the service staff called my company to say its ready to pick up and run. and one of the problems we asked to check came up after pickup again. Service said they applied same conditions to find that problem. (service staff on right side). I believe It could not be same conditions if you test in the shop because that truck had engine shutdown 2times out on the Road during heavy rain.so It has problems. Can you apply the same heavy rain conditions in the shop? In Conclusion, Very disappointed about the phone manners and service from service staffs. I respect the technicians who did his best. My complaints for unprofessional service manners with un logical excuses and blocking customer opinions in conversation and very expensive labor cost for delayed service, even they could not find truck problems we reported but we paid high labor cost. I'm a local resident at Lincoln Nebraska here Sorry to say to Guys at service department. we will never go back to this shop again anymore and move to other shop or freightliner shops next time very much disappointed to see unprofessional customer service. If you understand the meaning of customer service. you will know why your company put you in that "Service position I believe. "Customers exist. so you are sitting on that position now" In my opinion. Bad customer service will be coming back as boomerang to the person who does bad service and result in bad influence to the company business as well. Every customer knows this simple principal. Truck drivers and trucking companies are your customers as you know well. Show them just ordinary manners would be enough to them. We don't expect high class manners. Thanks for reminding us to choose other so many Customer friendly shops in the nation!
