I came in very short wait, got a very nice haircut, the stylist was very nice and talkative. the salon is the cleanest and nicest salon i’ve ever been in! zero complaints 10/10!

I highly recommend the deep tissue massages. Always professional staff. Calm and serene atmosphere. Love it!! Well worth the price!

I’ve always had great experiences- but I do not recommend the blowouts. I expected a typical voluminous blowout with the flip at the end of my hair. But it ended up a simple wash and blow dry. So my hair looks the exact same as before I came in just with a lot more sticky gross texture spray. Also per the website info and my phone call I was expecting a $30 blowout special and they charged me $45 for hair that I ended up washing again as soon as I got home. I asked the front desk about the price difference and they gave me no clear reason why and said they would check out what the website says. Just kind of rude and left upset

I expected a high quality experience when I chose Tranquillity for my haircut. Don’t get me wrong, my stylist (Sydney) was great and she was talented at her craft. But I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the interior. It seemed worn and run down. My guess is that a year of COVID affected the establishment as well as the employees. However for the cost it just was not worth it. The young woman who checked me out (I do not recall her name, but she had a butterfly tattoo on her finger) was kind and engaging.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for eyebrow wax!! I went yesterday to get my eyebrows done and THE LADY WAXED HALF OF MY EYEBROW OFF. Very traumatic. Nobody helped me. After this I went to Ulta to buy eyebrow products to try to fix it. Now I'm trying to learn how to draw half of my eyebrow.

I had a hair cut here years ago & the experience was so bad just occasionally driving past this place makes my skin crawl. I don't recommend! At the time I had long hair & brought in a picture of a cute pixie cut hair style I wanted. The lady that started on my hair was new but she was taking her time & doing a good job. About 35 minutes into the haircut her co worker butted in & told her she was too slow & she wanted to leave the salon on time (it was Friday evening) the other stylist took a glance at my style picture & processed to quickly ruin my hair! I came out with the worst bowl cut looking thing ever!!! Had to wear a hat for months while I waited for my hair to grow back out! Zero stars run away from this place fast. It's a boujee looking place but the lack of professionals is no good.

I made an appointment for a lash lift and did not see results and they still charged me They told me pay now and the next time it would be free, and the next day they spoke to tell me that they charge me even though my eyelashes did not fit well. They are very unfair because they did not do their job well and still charged!! I pay $85 for a mess 😔

The owner of this business, Steve is very unprofessional. He called my office staff today and cursed them out since he was sent to collections. We had tried calling him many times over the span of a 3 months, but he ignored to respond. I hope he treats his staff better than he treated mine!

The massage was amazing. It'd be 5 stars if that's all I had done. However, my mani/pedi looks like a child did it. There are gaps around all the edges and I just got home and it is already chipping. The lady who did it was very nice though

I had a botched haircut at a different salon, and I came to Tranquility to get it fixed. The only way to make the previous cut work was to give me front bangs. My stylist was very understanding and tried to explore all my options with me before we came to this conclusion. She also took the time to show me the best ways to style my new hair. I will absolutely be returning here for the rest of my time in Lincoln.
