TownHouse Extended Stay Hotel Downtown

Location was good for where we needed to be

There was a personal hanger on the window shade, dirty towels hanging on the door, dirty dishes in the kitchenette. The only good thing about the room was the beds were separated by the bathroom so I could watch TV after my sister went to sleep. The location was the reason she picked it but never again!!!

I wish I could share the picture I took... I booked a two bed but since it was a home game weekend, they were already full when I asked to have what I booked. I was told it had a fold out couch so my buddy and I could both sleep there. (His mattress was a full so I wasn't about to spoon him) Okay. No big deal. I folded out the bed and it had blood stains, bloody tissue like someone had a bloody nose, and crumbs all in it. I figured staff would be disinfecting better than that. I went to front desk (yes, they are fairly friendly) to request a new mattress or something if they had one. They brought me a crib mattress and threw it on the other mattress and said that is all they could do. On a positive note, although it's a bit of a sketchy walk until you get there, O street (bars) and the stadium are a fairly easy walk so you don't have to pay for stadium parking if you don't want to drive downtown. (If you have more than one car though, they charge an additional $15 per night to park it there). This trip was on me. I won't be fooled twice. I'll be spending the money on something better the next game I go to. Nine hour drives are not fun when you don't have a bed to sleep in. It was good but the hotel is mostly just to put your stuff if you are visiting Lincoln like I was.

Amazing Stay Hotel to be honest, I will recommend it to anyone if I have a chance. The staff are very welcoming and quick to response. And most importantly the Hotel is very calm and peaceful

Clean, comfy bed and blanket, conveniently located and friendly staff. Rather large room with full kitchenette for a more than reasonable price.

Stayed here for one night over the weekend for a concert. Looks nothing like the pictures. The building has construction going on and a very poorly paved parking lot. It's in a very bad/sketchy area. The room itself was horrible, it was so dirty . The curtains had stains, the "kitchen area" had mismatch dishes and towls and a dirty stove. The bathroom was poorly lit and the walls were dirty. They had put a towel over the shower head to keep it from leaking. The light fixture in the room was filled with bugs and the ceiling has a leak hole in it. The bed was alright and no bed bugs but definitely do not recommend staying here.

Room hadn't had air on and was about 85 degrees when we got in. Due to the size of the room, two queen beds separated by the bathroom, it really never cooled down. Previous occupant took the hdmi cord so had to wait for front desk help to find a cord so we could use TV. Room could have used a deep clean, ie carpet cleaned, floor scrubbing and dusting. The "tax recovery fee" was ridiculous as well...

It was actually very nice and the layout of the room was very convenient for those traveling with kids or an extra someone, price was great, (kitchenette was great)😎 All the way around it was a fun little get away without leaving the city. I Definitely recommend a stop through if you're passing through 😎

Our room was so comfortable. The beds were so clean and crisp with just the right weight of blankets. I slept so good, the mattresses were so nice! Our room, kitchen and bathroom were all very clean. The location was so convenient for us to visit our son at UNL. My only complaint is that is always booked when I need to be in Lincoln! Good job TownHouse! We will be back.
