Always so nice and they do a great job! Reasonably priced. And if you join their loyalty program they give you discounts pretty often. What got the fifth star for me was sending a handwritten thank-you note in the mail. Not many companies would take the time.

TLC employees are very polite and courteous, their services are fairly priced (dry cleaning can be expensive to begin with) and they offer quick service. I dropped my garments off on a Saturday and they were ready the following Thursday after a holiday weekend. This is a 3 business day turnaround which is pretty good for dry cleaning without having to pay an extra fee to expedite. I will be returning and recommending my friends and family do the same when the need arises. Edit: I've still been taking my dry cleaning here and it's always just as fast and just as clean. I took in a shirt a couple weeks ago that I thought may have been ruined (thanks, kids...) and I got it back as good as new (which it pretty much was).

I contacted TLC in a last minute, over night need of a tux to be dry cleaned. Had it to them by 9 am (called them about 830) and was able to pick it up next day for my kiddos choir concert! Excellence, above and beyond is an understatement!! My only go to from here on out! (Another dry cleaner is literally in my back yard, but I will make the drive every time!!)

I have used TLC many times and they have always gone above and beyond in their service. Very prompt turnaround and friendly customer service for all dry cleaning needs.

The last two times I have used this dry cleaning service I have had disappointing experiences. The first was several months ago when I took a comforter in that had been given to me and was part of a set of other bedroom accessories. The staff person stated they would probably just wash it. I explained I didn’t want it washed because I was certain it would fade and no longer match the other items. I specifically emphasized I wanted the item dry cleaned, not washed. When I picked it up it had been washed, and it had faded substantially as I had feared. The second time I used them, I actually thought it was a different business until I got there. But I was in a time bind and needed one day turn around and didn’t have time to find another dry cleaner. This time I had a sweater and coat cleaned. The coat was fine, but the sweater had a spot on the front that had not been addressed. I noticed it before I left and showed it to the young woman who was handling the front. She acknowledged the spot and said the owner would reimburse me for cleaning the sweater. I watched her write the note, but no reimbursement was forthcoming. When I returned home I was finally able to remove the spot myself. I will not be using this service again.

My daughter bought a second-hand vintage prom dress and they were able to clean it and get a lot of the stains out of it with no problem
