The Dust/Duct Doctor - Air Duct Cleaning

These fellas fixed up our supply vents and cold air returns. Cleaned main trunk lines and furnace/blower fans. These guys are reliable, honest, hardworking with fast, friendly, and efficient service. Highly recommend!

The price for the entire house was good and the owner was nice. However, not the best manners as a business owner as he helped himself to our refrigerator water without asking. Not a huge deal but then on the way out a huge gouge was put in our woodwork by the equipment and he didn’t say anything to us about it. As a business owner myself, I frown upon that! The job took awhile for entire house which shows nothing was rushed. We had the impression he would clean our dryer vent out and he didn’t. I had to call for him to tell us that he didn’t clean it. We just want Better communication is what it all boils down to.

Picked up a $300 special off of Angie's List. Ken was able to schedule me in a timely manner, showed up on time, and was very friendly and professional. Best of all, $300 turned out to be $300. No hidden extras, no hard sell to purchase more (although I did opt to add the disinfectant fogging). I had received an estimate of $850 from a different company. Definitely would recommend the Duct Doctor.

Ken and his son came out to our house in the country that had been sitting empty for five or so years. It was a dust factory. They went to each vent in the house and air whipped each one while the vacuum sucked all the debris out. They provided before and after photos showing their work. Also they are a couple of good dudes. Definitely recommend 👍

I didn’t bother getting quotes as the reviews were so great! Unfortunately the price was outrageous ( we have since got quotes as the price felt off) the team was nice enough- but didn’t take their shoes off, didn’t wear a mask, forgot to turn our furnace power back on so we went a night trying to figure out that, didn’t put our dryer back in place. They also missed 3 vents in the house that didn’t get cleaned. Pretty unhappy overall. We wouldn’t use them again.

They did an amazing job helping us with our dryer vent. We had an issue with trying to clear it ourselves and called them. They answered immediately and were able to come that same day. They went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but to also clear the vent completely and finish the job for us at a really great cost. We will be calling them again for all other duct work in the future.

Ken and his son did an awesome job. Also took the time to do my dryer vent while they were at my residence. By far the best price duct cleaning service I found. Excellent job all the way around!

It was okay. I'm sure the ducts got cleaned, but for paying $700+ for an hour and half worth of work, I would have appreciated some better cleanup, as clumps of dust were left near several vents, and there was quite the mess left by the dryer cleaning. Oh, and despite my request I have yet to be provided a receipt/statement for payment received/services rendered.

We were thankful for the Duct Doctor's work. We called them to clean our vents after 6 weeks of construction on our basement. Ken was really flexible when we had to change the schedule on him several times due to project going longer. There was a TON of dust, and they did a good job cleaning for half the price of the other place we got a quote from. Additionally, they came back on Christmas Eve when we had a problem with our dryer vent (which they had vacuumed the day before) and fixed it for free. We really appreciate their service and would recommend them for your duct cleaning needs.

I hired Duct Doctor about one year ago to clean out my decades old ventilation shaft. Those guys just ran the whips through the entry ports, never accessed the main line and never cleaned the coils or behind the filter. The photos might not look so bad but the layer of dust and grime there is about quarter and half thick.
