The Canine Scrub - Self Serve Pet Wash

Have used this business twice & will continue to go there. They are super friendly & helpful. We bring in a small 9lb dog and they set up is just right for us. Only thing wrong is we don't go often enough.

Such an awesome experience! We probably had more fun than our doggo! There are so many different tools at your disposal! Waaay easier than giving our pup a bath at home. Affordable too! Worth every penny

We've always been happy with our experience at the Canine Scrub. They work diligently to make sure each dog and owner has a great experience. I personally love knowing I'll have shampoo, a tub, and blow-dryer all readily available and easy to use to clean our dog whenever we go there.

My beagle loves it (OK, she tolerates it way more than getting a bath anywhere else). Well worth not having to clean up 3 rooms afterwards and launder a bunch of towels.

My pup, Loki, and I had a wonderful experience. Big tubs with steps up for the doggies and a room for drying after bath time. I love that I am able to buy soap there and they have scrubbers and brushes available while grooming your doggo!

When our puppy is losing her undercoat, this is the best place to go. Saves us so much time trying to keep the fur from clogging our drains at home. Front desk was super helpful for our first visit. They had all the things you could possibly need for a dog bath, it was really great. Our sweet girl was nervous at first, but was smiling happy while being blow dried in the end. We will be back!

My first time using the self serve washing stations was a success! I usually struggle at home with my dog (Lab/husky mix) as she hates being bathed and bending over my bathtub trying to keep her in it is not ideal. The Canine Scrub had everything I needed to complete the job and to keep her secure while I was bathing her. I even had my 5 and 7 year old with me and it was great that they provided small aprons for them and step stools so they were able to help. The after bath scents selection they have is very nice. I'm so glad that I can do everything I want for my dogs bathing needs here for a very reasonable price.

I came in on a Sunday. Was told the wait would be 5 to 10 minutes. This was my first visit. I did not see on the website nor was I asked about a reservation when I called to verify you were open. After checking in, I waited outside in the cold because my dog is a barker , for 10 minutes. I went back inside because it is cold outside, the lobby was empty and asked again how long it would be. We are getting a space ready for your dog now, was the response from the same young girl. Then 2 new people walk in, each with their own dog and told to go back and I am told it will be just a few more minutes. Had I been told that I needed a reservation when I called to verify you were open, I would have made one. Typical poor service from small businesses in Lincoln, NE. You simply have no common custody for your new customers and it is really sad. If you are this desperate for $20 hire people who know that customer service does not involve lying.
