Supercuts

I just wanted my hair to be cleaned up a bit. It was looking a little shaggy. The lady who was doing my haircut was very new. The first thing she did that was a little off was she sprayed my hair and started to cut dry areas. The whole haircut was about 40 minutes, and she did not wet my hair after the initial spray- which did not really wet my hair. I know I am not a hair stylist, and have no idea of how to cut hair. But I really don't think you should so haircuts on dry hair. Then when I told her how much shorter to go, she went a little longer, no big deal. I asked if she could go a bit shorter, and she did. My mistake. Just a little too short from what I wanted. Not a big deal, but she took out all of my layers in the process and ruined my part. I was faced away from the mirror and had no idea. She didn't ask if she should take them out, she just did. About midway she stops, turns me to face the mirror, and asks what I really wanted to do next. It was a mess. I told her to just even out the sides and that would be it. So she does that, and now I have a mullet. I told her I did not like the back and she continues cutting. Soon after, she's back to my ear. She stops, goes to get another hairdresser, and tells her she doesn't know how to cut a lock of hair. Needless to say, my haircut just looks off. It has no layers, textures, or even-ness. I have never wished my hair to be a wig until today

All around terrific experience. Both my boys needed cuts, including a first cut for my 14 month old. The entire experience was wonderful. They were so patient and amazing with the boys. 10/10 would recommend.

Arica colored my hair on a Friday and made it WAY too dark. I had a picture of what I wanted it to look like and it was nothing like it. She told me I had 10 days and they would fix it if I was not satisfied. I called her the following day, Saturday and she told me she would text me back with some times. She did not get back to me that day or the next day, Sunday. On Monday I called and spoke to Ashley, the manager, who was very accommodating and scheduled me with Taylor on that afternoon.. While I was having my hair done, Arica text me asking me if I could come in on Tuesday. I text her back once I was home and said I already had my hair color fixed. She asked me if the stylist did a good job and I texted back saying that she did. Then Arica sent me a very inappropriate text saying that I was unkind to her and to Taylor, which I was NOT. She then text me that she would be talking to corporate about how I treated them and that she was blocking me! When Taylor was done doing my hair, I tipped her more than what I tipped Arica. Taylor even agreed with me that Arica did not do a good job coloring my hair! Not sure how that makes me unkind, just honest! Also, maybe Arica needs to have consequences from Supercuts for texting me and being inappropriate and rude! She is VERY unprofessional! And the moral of the story is, they have a policy to fix their screw-ups, but if you go back to have them fix it, you will be harassed and treated rudely by stylists who obviously don't know how to do hair!

Absolutely fantastic service! Even with a long line they worked quickly and everyone was so kind. My kids look incredible for the first day of school.

Worst Supercuts around they told me 20-minute wait I sat there for an hour and a half with my kids while they serve other people that hadn't been sitting there waiting do not recommend worst hair cutting place in all of Lincoln

I just moved here to Lincoln about 6 months ago, and I have been to multiple barbers, hair stylist nobody can seem to cut or color my hair right. Until about few months ago I walked into Supercuts the stylist Arica cut and colored my hair. I was so impressed with Arica that I told her I've been to 5 different places that cut hair, she was the only place that did it correctly. I was also impressed with her and the other staff members with professionalism, that everytime I walk through the door they all greet me and let me know how long the wait is. For about 2 months now I've going to this place every 2 weeks and the service here has been 100% satisfied. I usually don't like to write reviews unless they are negative, but Arica has really done an absolute perfection everytime.

Been going here to Arica for a while now. She always goes above and beyond what I expect and does an amazing job coloring my hair. I'm always getting compliments how good it looks from people when i'm out and about. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Lindsay (I believe was her name) cut my hair today. I had questions about my split ends and she gave me lots of good advice and recommended using a leave in conditioner. She instructed me how to use it and said it would help keep my hair healthy. She also recommended a wet brush after showering. Throughout my haircut she asked me specific questions for how I wanted my hair. I really appreciated this as I'm not well-versed in hair. I know what I want, but not how to express that. She asked if I wanted long/short layers, triple checked the length I wanted cut, clarified how long my face-framing pieces would be, and made sure my part was in the correct place. She was great and I love my haircut.

The salon was very clean and everyone there was super nice. My stylist, Arica, gave me the best haircut I've ever had and took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Ashley was fantastic and saved my day and (hair). I am a hairstylist myself and do not work for supercuts so this is a real review!. I needed my highlights retouched. My normal gal that does my hair cancelled on me last minute. I had taken the day off of work, and with it being holiday season, I knew it would be hard to find someone with an opening. I walked in Supercuts hoping they could get me in and Ashley got me in right away!. She was fun and easy to talk to. Music was good and it's a laid back atmosphere. Ashley was professional and took care of me 100%. Color came out great and I had a great time too. Thanks for saving the day!!
