Summit Lawns - Lincoln Lawn Care

Overall I’m impressed with the work. One thing I wish they would do is text me a day or two in advance to remind me of an upcoming appointments. They do a nice job of telling what they did and how you should go about caring for the grass afterwards. Like I said a friendly reminder a day or two before had would be nice!

The employees at Summit Lawns are always very professional. I forgot to pick up toys in the lawn (which I felt bad for) and they nicely moved them aside before they went to work. They always send you messages letting you know when they are coming and if there is a delay for any reason. Our weeds in our yard are under control thanks to summit and our lawn is getting healthier every time.

We just switched over to Summit for yard care and snow removal. The snowfall of 12/22 was our first experience with them, and they showed up early and did a good job. Our neighbors have used them for several years for lawn care and snow removal, and based on watching the speed and efficiency with which they worked, we made the change.

Summit Lawns has been amazing. My yard has never looked so good. Their communication is top notch. Everyone I have worked with has been kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone.

Everyone I've come in contact with at Summit has been friendly, professional, and helpful. Their communication & notification process let's me know when they'll be coming by, what they'll be doing and what I need to do to prepare. When a crew came by to mulch my gardens, I was introduced to each member! :) I really appreciate their friendly & respectful service. I've recommended Summit to friends.

Summit Lawns has saved me time and money, freeing me up to do other things. I no longer have to worry about seasonal feeding and treatments of my grass and soil. Summit Lawns takes care of it all for me. The lawn looks great and I feel better about having my family play on the grass that has been treated for all sorts of bugs etc.

I think Summit does a great job of communicating and letting us know what is going on. The only thing I wish they did would be a weed free guarantee. A previous lawn company I used had that and all I had to do was call and they would come spray again. I also understand that I don't put as much water down as I should in the heat of the summer since I don't have auto sprinklers which may contribute to the extra weeds. Coming back to edit...after posting this review they called and came back out to do the weeds we had. Appreciate them doing that. Always happy with the results!

We contacted and started snow removal service with Summit just a few days ago and they've already impressed the heck out of us. They cleared our driveway shortly after 5:00 am on a bitterly cold day and returned a few hours later to clear the sidewalks. It was great to wake up and see everything had been done as promised! Good job, Summit! Definitely a GREAT start!

Summit Lawns is a great company to have come and do your lawn care needs. I am so busy throughout my week, that knowing my lawn is well cared for by the professionals that work there, it means a lot. They are always on time when they say they will be there, and the communication I have had with them has always been great. Great customer service as well. If anything isn't going right for my lawn it is because of me and what I am doing on my end. They are great at what they do and so kind. I am so glad I reached out to them for my lawn care needs and yearly lawn services!!

We've used Summit Lawns for three years for fertilization and fall cleanup. Their service is excellent and communication is exceptional. I believe they use good products as our lawn is always green and weed-free. I especially appreciate that we get a text and/or email the day before they will be providing a service. They also provide an overview video of the services they will be providing, which are very informative. I must single out the excellent work they do on fall cleanup. We live in a heavily-treed neighborhood so have LOTS of leaves. They literally attack the job and are in and out in about an hour. When they're gone there's barely a leaf on the lawn! I must note that THIS WOULD BE A FIVE-STAR REVIEW, EXCEPT FOR ONE THING that is just not acceptable. When they recently did fall cleanup, one of our back yard gates was left propped wide open. We have dogs that will escape if gates are not closed and latched. Had our dogs gotten out because of this oversight, this would be a one-star review. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: It's CRITICALLY IMPORTANT to close and latch the gates of any yard you enter after you have finished! In three years, this is the only time this has occurred, but once is one time too many.
