Half the outlets and lights in our house mysteriously stopped working. With my limited expertise of flipping some breakers and not much else, I reached out to Steven's Electric first thing this morning after reading many positive reviews. Well, those numerous 5 star reviews are dead on. Within a half hour, Mike showed up to our front door, voltage meter in hand, ready to diagnose the issue. It didn't take him but 15 minutes to determine it was a problem with the power drop to the home. He then handled the report to LES and ensured they dispatched quickly. I was hands-off the entire process, and was very well taken care of. Mike even moved our furnace over to a different circuit so the house could stay warm while we waited for LES to arrive. Sometimes it can be unnerving to put your trust in a stranger to fix something in your home, and that was not the case at all today. Mike Stevens is a professional and loves what he does. He deserves your business.

We didn’t know if our breaker box was our problem or our ac unit. Steven’s came out and not only looked at the breaker box but listened to the ac unit to diagnose the problem. He gave his honest opinion and probably saved us a ton of money. He could have told us he had to rewire the whole house, but like he said, he steers his customers straight. He didn’t even charge us, because he didn’t fix anything. Much appreciated and will use again!

I called Michael to troubleshoot an electrical burning smell in my home. He was highly responsive and willing to come out that afternoon. He was able to identify and replace two electrical outlets in my home that were the likely culprits within 90 minutes, as well as provide me with a summary of other electrical issues in my home that may present problems down the line. He even gave me a great military discount on top of his services being reasonable priced to begin with. Definitely will seek out his services again in the event any other issues develop, and highly recommend him for any electrical needs you may have.

I highly recommend Mike! He was efficient, clean, organized and very professional. He gave amazing advice on what lights to use in my daughter's bathroom and in our fixtures above our island. The work he did turned out to be amazing and we could not be happier. Thanks for the amazing job Mike!!!

Michael Stevens from Stevens Electrical LLC is absolutely awesome. I believe any reviews less than 5 stars were left in an attempt to hurt him because the client had unreasonable expectations. I have used Mike for at least 20 jobs and also for work to my own personal residence and he was always professional and did a great job. He did top quality work for a reasonable price, was courteous, kind, and kept me informed of the progress along the way. I am a busy Realtor and I need an electrician I can trust to perform the repairs needed in homes that I sell, both Vacant and Occupied. I had an electrical emergency one evening after hours, and he came right over and fixed the initial problem. My circuit box needed to be replaced, so he came back within the week and replaced it. He did an excellent job! He is great at communication... He made sure I understood what he was doing and why, every step of the way. He was very efficient, thorough, great attention to detail, and the cost was very reasonable. I had him come back a second time to put extra lighting in my basement. He continues to do a great job! He does not waste time and got the job done in short-order. The cost was very affordable. I cannot imagine hiring anyone else to do electrical work for me!

I had another electrician fall through at the last minute. I called Steven's Electrical at 830 AM about an attic power fan. He was able to come look at it by noon the same day and make his recommendation. He was able to get the new unit wired after it was installed with no problem. And all of this for a fair price. I couldn't have been more thrilled. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We needed an outlet installed in our wood floor for our new couch. I called numerous places and no one could fit me in anytime soon. I did have two estimates, but they were expensive and could not do the work in a timely manner. My nephew gave me Mike's number and when I called, he was able to come out the following morning. He was kind enough to take a late evening text when something wasn't working and resolved the issue over the phone and followed up to ensure everything was still working great. You don't see service like this very often, but it deserves to be recognized as the best.
