5 star service! I dropped off a vintage coat that was my late grandfather's, they estimated 6weeks because of the material it would be sent off. I called a bit early to see about progress and it was ready thy today :) I am extremely grateful and astonished by the low price and great Services they provide.... professional and timely, as well as friendly.

Recently moved to Colorado and have yet to find another dry cleaner that holds a candle to Starcrest Cleaners in Lincoln. Their customer service is unmatched. Convenient hours. The clothing comes out perfect. Miss this place! Highly recommend to all.

This happened several years ago, however it's one of (The main one) many reasons why I only go here. Back in July of 2018 my Mother passed away, obviously a very stressful and emotional time. In the process of organizing her Funeral, what she should wear came up. And I remembered that she had told me about a dress she really liked and would like to be buried in, it was a skirt and jacket combo that had diamond like small stones inbeded in the jacket. I found it in her closet and although it looked fine I decided to have it cleaned, if I could get it done right away, this was only a few days before the Funeral so time was of the essence. I went to StarCrest, because I'd been there before, I went in and the guy at the counter said yes they could clean it and it should only take be a few days. Well I was relieved and I can't quite remember if it was the next day or the day after but I got the text that it was done. When I went in to pick it up the gentleman at the counter said that there would be no charge and gave me his condolences. I has taken aback because I didn't realize that I had said what the dress was for, obviously I did right? had to how else would they know, but anyway I almost broke down it was such a wonderful gesture at a time that for me was extremely hard. For that reason I will always go to StarCrest Cleaners. Not only do they do an excellent job but there customer service is absolutely the best. Thank you StarCrest, you have a lifetime customer in me!

I have stained my favorite white Lululemon jacket a million times (literally washed it with a new red shirt once) and this place ALWAYS gets it out!! They should rename to Starcrest Miracle Workers if you ask me. The employees are always super friendly and helpful, too!

This place is quick, reasonably priced and packages everything nicely.

Asked about trying to remove patches from a uniform. My instructions were if they thought the fabric glue used on the shirt would not come off then not do the attempt. They attempted 2x and could not get it to come off. No charge! Love this business. So professional, so helpful, so fast!

I absolutely love Star Crest Cleaners!!! I appreciate the ability to drive thru to pick up my completed items and the agency storing my card on file. It is these benefits are enough for me to say I will never use another dry cleaner and this doesn’t even speak to the high quality of cleaning and speed of return on items. I really enjoy all the quality Star Crest provides from excellent customer service to superb cleaning services. I will continue to recommend to anyone who uses dry cleaning services!

We took our daughters Czech Dress to be cleaned. They did an excellent job!! Fast, friendly, and prices are excellent.

I cannot rave about Starcrest Cleaners Lincoln enough. We started using them years ago and have continued to make the drive to them even now that we live out of town. They have worked miracles on items that we thought could never look as good again. From down alternative comforters to old baptism dresses they have done amazing work. I recently took in an object that I questioned if it was worth the risk of trying to get it clean or leaving it as is. I was talked through the process and the risks and decided to leave it with them. In less than a week they made a sentimental item look so much better we were shocked. If you are looking for a dry cleaners this is the place to go. I think I will always make the drive to them knowing our clothes are in the best of hands.
